I'm not picky either way, but, I admit, I haven't played FA in a long time. The gameplay in CS:S seems too similar to me (minus the skills, but I can live without that). I have a hard time saying I don't play FA anymore, but the new physics of HL2 and its mods has hooked me. I've always been a big fan of realism in games, and that's one of the main reasons I liked FA (sweet looking models, fast gameplay, and a tad bit of realism thrown in at odd places. 8) ). CS:S just looks so good and I really enjoy the gameplay. I would say no to another CS:S server, though. Although ours is full most of the time, I'll be up at 4 am (let's not question my bad sleep habits right now ) and the CS:S server will be completely empty.

Yeah, those look like non-Source models. But the lighting effects and textures look like Source material. Hoping for images of the new models soon.

Honestly, take a deep breath or two. They're referred to as an "autosniper" because no one wants to type out "semi-automatic sniper rifle." Do you? Seeing as you like to type out unnecessary things (I got the hint from your overuse of ? and !), I'm sure it irks you that you're the only one that wants to type it all out. I know the difference; I like to be technical, too. But when dealing with the online world, I try to abide by the K.I.S.S. method.

Actually, the auto sniper rifles are accurate. The "random" shots comes from people shooting while the gun is still recoiling from the previous shot. Like any other weapon in the game, fast, repeated fire will lower your ability to fire accurately. I can get people in two back-to-back shots virtually every time, so it's not a problem of not being accurate. I don't see a problem with the auto sniper rifles. Honestly, I'd be disappointed if we actually limited or banned their use on our server. And, not to sound rude, if you want to play on a server that doesn't allow for the AS, there are plenty out there already to choose from, or you can make your own.

Never liked Trigger Happy. Most of the time the pranks were lame. This was pretty funny though.

wow, I'm seriously getting annoyed. Their website just released the file and when I try to download it, it randomly disconnects. That being said, I can't even resume the thing. Keep having to start over after downloading 25% of an 884 MB file! Not happy after trying over 10 times already.
