Gopat if you want to play GuildWars I'll let you use 1 of my 4 character slots for a while (I don't have any plans of playing at all for the next month or so). I'll need a phone number to contact you with if I need to get on however. PM me if you want to set something up. BF2 is definately a superior game if you don't mind comparing across genres.

WoW got a 9/10's just about everywhere and won Game of the Year at some big site whos name I forget. The site later denounced WoW as GotY. Those ratings on review sites mean jack. 50,000 is a crap population for an MMO, especially considering the count includes people who played it once and put it back in the box. There is no monthly fee so how can there be an accurate count of subscriptions. This game is Diablo 3 and it sucks. If it was p2p ArenaNet would be bankrupt right now. Most gamers dont know a good MMORPG from a crappy one because they didnt play UO, AO, EQ, AC1/2, etc.

Does deleting your config file restore you to default? I copied Mage's config and I get a steady 4-6 packet loss any time I play Help please. specs: P4 2.8 HT 1gb DDR RAM GeForce 6800GT

Nadril, the reason I hate it and you don't is because I have far more experience in this gaming genre than is probably healthy. The premade builds suck horribly. Not a single one of those configs, save the monk/ele build is worth a damn. There hasn't been a game on par with EverQuest (which is officially dead) in the recent years. Vanguard will hopefully be the first. In the mean time its just a matter of playing the mmo that sucks the least. GW would get alot more hours from me if PvP had skills unlocked like in Beta. Guild Wars sucks in my opinion. I don't even know what to call it. Minorly Multiplayer PvP F-Fest With a Pointless Roleplaying Storyline. An MMPFFwPRS. I wouldn't pay 10 cents a month to play it. That being said it carries no monthly fee and I don't regret the 70 bucks the CE cost me. The game would be better if they just gave you access to every damn skill for PvP characters and completed the separation of PvE and PvP gameplay. Play WoW on a PvE server if you an MMORPG. WoW is a better way to kill time until Sigil gets done with Vanguard: Saga of Heroes; and you damn well better plan on buying that.

Bad News >< Sandisk has been telling retailers "They'll ship tomorrow" for over a month. Realistic ETA is the end of the month but most initial shipments don't even cover the current backorders. I cancelled my order for one as soon as the company told me the availability was an error. Looks like I'll be on Froogle and Ebay for the next few hours/days. If anyone finds a 1gb Memory Stick Pro Duo for 130 or under I will do something nice for you like Paypal or something.

I doubt UMD burners will be seen in the near future. Who knows though. Sony is making major bank from selling the 1gb and 2gb memory sticks. 1gb ranges from 100-200 and 2gb is 350-500. I guess its understandable since they are selling the PSP units themselves at a loss.

Gameplay is really smooth. But more than that the video playback is amazing. I can reduce a full length movie to 200-400mb and it plays back in 16:9 @ 30fps, 128kbs stereo. The onboard speakers suck but owell it came with some headphones that are decent. I have some custom earbuds I prefer. It is definately worth the money. Here are the costs broken down. PSP Unit+Case+Charger+32mb MS: $250.00 2 Year Replacement Plan: $40.00 Untold Legends: $40.00 1gb Memory Stick Duo Pro: $130.00 So all in all you're looking at 460+taxes...Definately worth it. I just hope UMD doesn't become the next Betamax.

its extremely easy to install that model. Unzip it. Drag all the folders within the folder you unzipped to into the directory seth mentioned. Overwrite existing=yes. Thats it you're done.

Ghosting has nothing to do with changing names. Its the act of spectating opponents or free roaming in front of your teammate who you are on vent or teamspeak with telling him, "OK there are 2 left. One is in the apartment, the other is at market. Guy at market is low hp, go get him first." etc. Allowing players to only spec their teammates would completely solve this problem. YES from me.

Steam started crashing when I clicked on play games randomly one day. The only software I had added was some Bluetooth stuff for my phone. I uninstalled and reinstalled Steam and it crashed between Play Games and Decrypting game files or whatever. I reinstalled steam and HL2 and the same thing. WTH?
