I still don't get how that live animal thing would work. Would they carry the rifle/camera around? Or would they just tie put the animal down range of the set up?

Man, halo 2 is awesome, I got it for Xbox to play over our 4 day long weekend. Had a few 4 person multiplayer battles, its alot of fun. The only thing I was dissappointed about was the campagne. It was fun, until he leaves earth. After that the story is horrible, and the levels get boring.I'm saving up to play WoW, most of my crew is on it, and the beta owns all, so I'm not getting Halflife 2. I'm still a little pissed off at valve.BTW, my 8+ got 2nd in city champs, so much for being undefeated 2 years in a row... :x

I'd have to agree with azn. Pickup lines don't work that well... Try enganging them in an intellegent conversation. Like how there isn't hockey.... Stupid no-hockey... Nothing to watch on TV... Nothing to watch while doing homework... Nothing to listen to in the car... :x I miss hockey...

Think about what you say before you say it. Look at the kill to death ratio of famas users. Its easily way higher than most players. The other ARs in FA are much more specialised, whereas the FAMAS can snipe from long distance and spray and pray better than the MGs. Also, don't turn this into a flame war or I'll get sharp to smote you with his admin stick

The ROF of the FAMAS in CS is lower, thats why its useless.

Anybody got any lined up? I've got a 10 hour 8 person halo xbox marathon lined up for today starting about 5ish. Then I've got a ton of HW on sunday, with a possible date later in the evening.

I'll pop in for a quick word on this one. I totally agree with sharp. The only time I ever used the famas was to increase my score. You might say, well its in the game, so you must be able to use it, but that really doesn't work. You just can't say that the famas is equal to other ARs such as the ak47 and the g3a3. The stats don't lie.I did some experimenting back in 2.8 with the famas, using MB. I was able to kill 4 guys with one clip, just by aiming for the upper chest/neck region. In game my policy has always been to never take on a FAMAS unless its either being used by a freshmeat, or the guy is reloading. IMHO they should take the famas out and replace it with either a MX29 or a XM8. Maybe not the XM8 cause its too similar to the G36e...BTW I coached a crew both yesterday and today . I had to rescue a double that had flipped yesterday, and today I ran some time trials between my crews. 8)

Yea, it was a pretty hard choice, but I hope to go to nationals for rowing next year and I need to train as hard as possible. If you guys get the chance you should all take up rowing, its such an addictive sport, it seems like it takes over your life completely. Its so serene and peaceful when you're the only one rowing on a flat calm lake at 5 in the morning. The only thing you can hear is the soft splashes of water coming off you oars, and the occasional bird...Going really fast in the 8+ is awesome too 8)Hey flashe you keep the guys at full health at all times eh? That's your job now.

Well, I just closed everything up. At the beginning of the week I realised that with this coaching course I really won't have time for playing on the computer. Not that I had alot of time before I started the course. I've decided to get out of computer gaming so I can focus more on school and rowing. I also am considering taking a coaching job beginning in january instead of rowing, which will take up even more time. So, it is with a heavy heart that I bid goodbye and good luck to all my friends and comrades I have played with this year. :wink: Good luck to everybody! maybe you could buy bandages? just a thought plus you don't even play much FA anyway... btw... thebes is an awesome map that i played on the PoP server. it is very fun and different. i highly suggest putting that map in when you change the cycle. I don't right now, mostly because I'm pretty busy with HW and such.

Coldwar= t3h pwn. But no upham plz, that map is seriously lacking in the bandage department, which makes it just plain annoying.
