Yes, I loosely follow some tutorials but not fully. I take ideas from here and there and then they become your own after a while of trying them, know what I mean? This one is where I started this idea. TUTORIAL Enjoy! this guy deserves part credit for these creations. His name is Crystali. That tut says start with a background with a color from your render but I used a BF2142 city scene for the back to make it more detailed.
