ya, but fa has started to get boring after all these years, its losing steam and slowly dying, if the FA server for some reason shut down for FA today, it would prolly die in less than 6 months. It's just that many of its flaws are becoming more and more apparent with age, but as you said its still fun, for me only in short bursts

had mine for about a year and a half now, been upgraded twice though

if you gonna spend 2000 bucks on gun equipment, it might as well be a real gun :-P

i love the slower pace of the game, thiniing more than mindless run and gun

some mods have already been found that look like they might be FA-like enough to be played as well

if i ever pick up bf1942 i would definately try DC, but i've played the others, and i thoroughly dislike bfv

prolly fa, then JO, then dc (which i never played but it looks cool :-P), then BF:V, which i did not like at all, the controls were awkward and overly complicated, foliage was not all that greta, easpecially when compared to JO, graphics and sound were merely okay, and spawn camping, since you vulnerable as soon as you spawn, plays an even bigger nrole in this game than in JO

serious sam was a game that was nice, but really falls into the merely okay range

ya, and actually the weak enemies usually sawrm, not distract you, and either way the game still makes serious sam look like nothing

for those of you who were thinking about passing up on this game, dont! :-P, see below i started this battle with full armor and health, i ended it with no armor, and 19 hp :-P
