no, without getting too mych into it, iit determines how much memory will be used and how much memory will be left over if needed for processing extra textures and such, basically, the with 128-256mb car, you want to set it lower, to 64mb, i know that seems counter-intuitive, but just google it if you want to know the details

no, what hes doing in sniping form the edge of the water, where on your screen you appear to be above water, but to everybody else, you are underwater,m making you almost impossible to find, that, and he's just a total ass in general :-P
