that happens tome sometimes too, usually on kazaa though, and my dl speed (now that they firgured out they had accidentally uncapped my speed and fixed it :-( :-P) it usually goes down to about 400kbs on slow servers and holds there. A.) what is your connection type? B.) have you tried dl'ing from really high speed servers (ie Fileplanet paid servers of the MS ons)?
