  16. link still isnt working for me
  17. link doesnt seem to work, an also, thats from an everquest website, so its bound to be just a wee bit biased :-P
  18. well, WoW does have guilds as well, and for people who are unable to get 50 people together on a regular basis (though it has been done quite a lot in the beta) will probably like the instanced quests in WoW more, as if youre skilled enough you only really need a party. Both games (and i assume guild wars will too) have massive game worlds, not even counting instanced dungeons and quests, although i don't like the forced sides in WoW either because A.) if you played wc3 you'd know that the orcs are no longer evil, and were fighting on the same side as the alliance last time i checked and B.) all the cool ads that show a human paladin questing with a tauren warrior and a NE druid can't happen now :-P
  19. everquest never really impressed me, it required too much time, too much dedication, and as very difficult for new players to get into, and it seems more like WoW and GW are shout the everquest games should have been, simple to play, great graphics, a lot of fun. The thing that sets WoW apart from the rest is the setting, Warcraft boasts one of the richest game universes ever, which provides it the option to interweave stories from other warcraft titles, an option neither guild wars nor everquest really have. Its easy to get around in WoW, and npc dialogue is pretty good for a genre that usually skimps on it. Also, the settings look AMAZING. Anyone who has played wc3 will even be able to recognize things from the campaign. Most importantly, in my opinion, Blizzard games always have a little something mroe than almost any other developer out there: polish, and its that extra effort that can make or break a game. Considering most people will be able to have fun in warcraft both if they do play 6+ hours a aday or if they dont play every day at all, it seems like a good deal to me. What remains to be seen is how Guild wars is going to come out, being made by former blizzard north employees, we can probably expect similar production values and quality
  20. no, the creators of diablo II left a while ago from Blizzard North and formed their own company with some other indutry vets, and i might get guild wars as well, cause it looks good, but im going to wait and see if gameplay is any good first
  21. i played the stress test beta and boy was it a lot of fun, i dint usually like mmorpg's but im definately getting this one, its really a blast to play
  22. no, they have a new one now, nice necropost though camp and klink :-P, just go get x-fire and you can see the ip when the tac guys are playing on it
  23. theyr'e a bit expensive given they probably cost about 5 cents to make
  24. lol, just thinking that too :-D
