yes, only, the chances of which failing simultaneously are still extremely low, and thats assuming that in the next few years the internet does not have more backbone servers added to it, either way, fat chance

lol, for every server in the world hosting internet resources to fail simultaneously, no probably not, howver TheInternet RC 2.7 will come out eventually, at which point most people will leave because many users are dominating it with an overpowered FAMAS :mrgreen:

have you checked out the other mmorpgs coming out (whole slew of em besides just guild wars and wow, though those are the most notable, saga of ryzom looks kinda cool)

well, WoW does have guilds as well, and for people who are unable to get 50 people together on a regular basis (though it has been done quite a lot in the beta) will probably like the instanced quests in WoW more, as if youre skilled enough you only really need a party. Both games (and i assume guild wars will too) have massive game worlds, not even counting instanced dungeons and quests, although i don't like the forced sides in WoW either because A.) if you played wc3 you'd know that the orcs are no longer evil, and were fighting on the same side as the alliance last time i checked and B.) all the cool ads that show a human paladin questing with a tauren warrior and a NE druid can't happen now :-P
