had the same problem.did u install .7 directly? cause u first or i had to install 0.5 full installation and than the o6 patch to make it work.could be the same thing here!!!

sharp is wright, u have to sign up in thr forums and then an application. than admin and counsils will watch u over a certain period of time and will decide if ur eligble to be a TA representative or not.So good luck
