I've used Creatine in the past when I was working out on a bench. With this new workout to get me in shape I am just thinking about... running on Mondays, Bench on Wednesdays, and mix of both on Fridays. I was just looking for some good sups to go with my workout because I know for a fact I am not going to be eating the way I should lol

I need to get back in shape bad..... really bad.... I'm 5'10" and weighing in at 181lbs now.... not good weight, the bad weight and I need some help. Back when I graduated from bootcamp I came out at 160lbs, built, cut, in perfect shape, could run 3 miles in 19 minutes which was great for me since I was never a distance runner only a sprinter backin high school. So, I'm looking to trim myself up and get back in shape. What I need to know are, what are some good supplements to take? I've never really used any before but now that I am older I'm sure it is harder to get back in shape. So, if any of you guys workout, what do you use if anything, or what do you do.

Was pretty neat video, but I'd rather see actual gameplay instead of scripted videos.

What is with this rash of people coming into the server with LAN pings. 5ms or lower ping times. The first one I saw was about 2 or so days ago. Guy had a 1 ping stating it was a script he wrote because he didn't want anyone to see his ping... why in the hell does it matter what people see your ping as, it just makes everyone curious what you are doing when you have a LAN ping... Since then I have seen atleast a dozen others with these LAN type of pings. Is it a cheat, but the side effect is you get a LAN type of ping? Why would people in mass start downloading a script to have a LAN ping, it makes no sense at all. And the funny thing, every person that I have seen with these pings, OWN us all. We had to ban 1 person this morning for blatant wallhacking and guess what.... he had a 5ms ping...

I got the same problem. At any time the game will all of a sudden drop to jaw dropping slow as hell slide show speeds... Happens randomly. I haven't tried anything yet, I just deal with it... I don't care lol Asus K8N AMD 64 2800+ 1gig PC3200 Sapphire Radeon X800XT PE (latest cat drivers) Game ran great before the update, all other games run fine. Really don't feel like fully reinstalling steam....ing....pile....of....

I don't really keep up with the band names or the song names.. so I get pretty lost when trying to find that particular song I like. I'm looking for a certain sound, similar to Nine Inch Nails, Deftones, Static X, Slipknot, Tool, that kind of sound. Anyone know any good bands/songs for the sound I'm looking for. Also any good remixes are always nice.

All it takes is team work. Smoke heavily and rush as a team, keep 3 or so to guard the other side and the T's guessing. We completly rampaged the T's last night playing the map. There is no need for the CT team to enter either of those 2 big buildings. All they have to do is run back there and get the hosties and run back. Can be completed in less than a minute.

All you have to do is setup the key in your key configuration in the options for CS:Source I have one of the left side buttons for my knife and the second left side button for screenshot Just go in there and set the key, easy as that.
