Well, if you count my stint in the Army, I've lived in San antonio texas, Alabama, and NY practically my whole life. My rest of my family all moved to Washington state. Pretty there but i won't move there. Rains too much. lol

Well, i threw my back out pushing my F##$#%$^% car. I ended up in the Emergency room, cuz i couldn't walk. Now that i've got some good drugs in me. i can sit at my computer and kill Impact and Flipster. 3 whole days without BF2 SF. No fair taking advantage of an old invalid either. See you tonight on the battlefield soldiers.

Update on my vehicle. I received a call stating my car was ready. I couldn't pick it up, because i had been at the emergency room for my back, so i sent a friend to get it. He takes it stops at his place of work, and gas is leaking out all over the place. Gas light comes on again. :mad: Now, i call them back to have them fix it, and they tell me the mechanics are gone for the night. I'm just waiting impatiently for them to open up, so i can give them a piece of my mind. I think it's either missing a part or the hose isn't on. Oh yeah, and they are going to have to 1. Reimburse me for fuel i lost. ( 1/4 tank) 2. They are going to have to go where the car is parked and fix it there. 3. They are going to have to listen to me B#$%& at them. 4. They better hope i don't go down there in uniform. I can't believe the incompetance of people these days. Everyone is in a hurry to get it done, and then the quality of work is effected. I told them to take their time on it, i was in no hurry to get it back.

It was horrible in the winter. Completely useless. If there was a little slush on the road, it would skid all over the place. I had 4 sandbags in the back and that didnt help. 4 wheel drive was a joke too.

It loads for me in like 2 seconds. No problem here.

Yes, we cycled the key through several times, turning on and off. We probably did overheat the fuel pump. :thumbsup: Anyways, the garage called and said the fuel pump was shot. My fuel pump is in the gas tank, so they have to drop the whole tank. I got a quote from Advance auto of $228 for a fuel pump. But, we are talking about the dealer, so it's probably 2X that. lol Anyways, i only have to pay $100 of it so i'm not too upset. So, let this be a lesson to everyone else. Don't get too low on gas on a fuel injected vehicle.

Well, i let my friend borrow my 2001 pontiac grand am yesterday. He ran the gas down until the gas light came on. Car died about 4 blocks from home. Couldn't get it started even after putting gas and a new fuel filter on it. :thumbsup: So, about 4 of us pushed it home. Thought i was going to have a heart attack. Let me tell you, I'M OLD!!!!! sad thing is i had to walk back 4 blocks and get my mustang. well i had it towed to the shop to be fixed. Don't know for sure but the way they are talking is, when he ran the gas low it shut off the sensors or switches to the fuel pump. Which by the way is in the gas tank. Good news is, i have a warranty on the car and only have to pay $100 deductible. I also had to pay $31 for the towing, they picked up the $50 on it. $131 isn't too bad. Oh well, glad i have my Mustang as backup.
