they say the perfect cure is to get another one right away. i say the same thing, i won't get another dog. If you do, your not replacing your dog, just bringing another one into your heart.

Rockett that was a sad story. i can honestly say i cried all Wed. cuz she was looking at me with sad eyes. i really thought i had made a wrong decision. But now she is back to greeting me at door. it sure is tough when you grow attached.

No, the only thing i've ever done is put reindeer antlers and a santa hat on her. No dresses or bows. Yuck! Anyway, i came home after 5pm to find her running up to the door to greet me. She is much more lively , and has more energy. It was well worth the $500 to patch her up. I have my best friend back.

Well, the joint and pain meds are looking like they are making her feel better. she seems to be perky. Vet said i should notice a difference in 4 - 5 days. the ear is still giving her fits, but the new med is helping a little bit. gotta just give everything some time to kick in. I think she is enjoying the extra attention / babying she's getting. lol i had to work all day today, so i couldn't spoil her. but, i'll be home at 5PM. thanks for all the encouragement guys. I really love this dog. she's the best thing i have, and also my adoring child. i've never had good luck with dogs. My other dog died at 7yrs on me. i'm shooting over 10 on this one.

do i need the incremental patch?

Just took my 6 yr. old shep to the vet BAD BAD BAD hip problems, panis of the eyes, and deep pyroderma, plus yeast infection in ear from antibiotics. So, $473.00 later she is home. I really thought she was a goner with the hips. she has had panis and pyroderma for over a year now, but she couldn't even get up today. I took the whole day off to be with her. i think i'm moping more than she is. All she has done is lay down, all day. Seeing as i don't have children, i consider her my only child. Couldn't ask for a nicer dog. i just am hoping i don't have to put her down.

you saying that once you accept them, they can't hack into your computer? I've seen them do it on AOL instant messenger. Hacked in, gave a virus, changed all passwords, etc. etc. Your right, A good rule would be not to accept anyone unless you know them. It's sad that people are so destructive nowadays. If only they used their talents to do good instead of bad things. Oh well, such is life.

Thats what i call a feel good video. something that makes you feel good, and sad at the same time. just because someone is labeled physically challenged, doesn't mean that they are incapable of feats such as these. i have a friend whose niece is physically challenged, every time i see her, i'm amazed at the things she does. I too do not like the label of "retard". that is such a cruel word. Steve O, i can understand the things you have to deal with on a daily basis. yes, people can be cruel. hang in there. your sister may not be able to do what this kid did, but there are other things she does, that brings smiles to you and your family.
