IGN Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Review

IGN posted their review of Battlefield Bad Company 2 for Xbox 360. Overall they gave it a 8.9 / 10The big change comes with a more streamlined and...

They've been playing too much COD.

IGN states: "you'll start to notice that Bad Company 2 has taken a few cues from the Call of Duty franchise. The last Battlefield game was the first to introduce a fully fleshed out storyline and it stumbled a bit in the process."

They act like COD is the first game franchise to ever have a single player campaign.

IGN states: "Those familiar with Call of Duty (And at this point who isn't?) will be right at home with the system that rewards players for completing small challenges as well as winning games or simply playing well and getting a lot of kills."

Once again, there were games way before COD that unlockable stuff. Heck BF2 had unlockable stuff before COD ever had.

This is a very biased review "Big Time". Call of Duty is not near the scale and complexity, visual, or sounds like the Battlefield series. To start, you can join on friends and are able to locate a good server, and they have international Stats and awards. The game look sgreat and is incredibly fun and fast paced. This guy is either blind, or just an idiot, or perhaps a COD fan/player. Come on, COD never even fixed their damn server browser. Battlefield has squad/teamwork where COD fails. COD, COD2, COD4, COD6, COD:MW2, all use the same old game engine, and all they did was simply re-skin the old game and add a few perks... What a joke. lol
