I don't know why some of you are having issues.  Perhaps you don't have java installed.  I recreated the front page using regular old HTML will a touch of CSS to make it fit properly.  Let me know if you can see it now.  :)

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.

    3. Adjust your preference.
