NOTE:  The texture setting I showed for the custom "Low" setting should be set to "Medium" and not "High" as shown in the video.

Good tips! You also might want to turn off all motion blur. I don't really care for motion blur so I never play with it, even in BF3

It makes me dizzy. That's usually the first thing I do with games. Make sure motion blur is disabled.

I found out my problem.  Turns out my SLI was disabled.  For running on one card that is good performance.  I should be able to crank this now
