Personally, I have an affinity for Mashtuur City and Sharqi. Also, team swap in between rounds so each team gets to play the map from both sides?

Sharqi would be cool, maybe I missed this but how many people from each side are playing? And what map size?

I think the number of people is TBD as is the map size and rotation. I believe we can get enough people there to do 32 player maps, which we've run at 40 players many, many times before. Does that sound good?

I might be able to make that as well, depending on how Sunday pans out for me.

Just to be clear -- in order to PW the server (see above), during the time of the match, the server will be UNRANKED. If you can't live without teh Bling, you will be sad.

 

The initial server size will be 40 players, 32 map size. If necessary, I can always up the # of slots but I think 20 v 20 should be sufficient. Two (2) rounds each map with TEAM SWAP enabled, RANDOMIZE will be OFF. TK Punish will be OFF, Voting will be OFF.

 

Unlocks will be enabled, SMARTBALANCE will be ON +/- 2 players -- some lopsidedness will be tolerated, but it is possible some may end up playing with the "other guys"

 

Rotation is TBD so far, but I'll try for a decent mix of grunt and fly-boy maps (Sharqi, Karkand, Dragon Valley, Wake[maybe !??!?], Jalalalalabad, Mashtuur, Oman, FuShe, Kubra). Hopefully, it won't suck.

If you need another "Armory Warrior" I will be there.

better add a new vid card, cpu, mobo, sound card, p/s, physx, dvd/rw......

Uhh i got a problem, everytime i try to join the VSF server it says

 

"PunkBuster Error

 

You have been disconnect by PunkBuster.

 

The reason follows in English Below.

 

YOu have been Banned from thi server by Server Admin."

 

But the thing is that i never have played on the server, and this happens most of the time when i try to join a server that some (=A=) members play at.

 

It tells me that im banned from the server, but i havent played on the server.

thats a punk buster ban......have you ever been banned by punk buster for anything....not a server admin its an actual punk buster ban

its a punkbuster ban if you can't join ANY server. if you can still join other servers then something weird is going on

i think it is an option in pb...i have heard somthing like this before where the server admin shows no existence of the ban yet the player can't join and it turns out to be a pb ban that wouldn't get lifted....go to www.punksbusted.com and see if your name is in the list, thta might explain it
