  1. the gui looks neat, 64 bit supposrt would be nice(not real happy about having to run a 32bit emulator for older games though), and dx10 would be nice...i think ill probably hold of 6-12 months, give it some time to mature, before i start thinking about swapping over.
  2. that a lian li case?
  3. november, tenatively.

HDD is a bit high. id try to angle a fan over it or something. the hotter an HDD runs, the faster it will wearing out its bearings, the more likely it is to fail. on that note though, most temp monitors are not correct, especially if the sensor is not native to the motherboard(such as the sensor inside the HDD).
  7. dewd that rawks! now is time for cake!
  8. you want Dr. Slovak's email address so you can tell him that? cause im not gonna though i doubt that addy is any good...i think he got fired from LSU after he punched out a student...
  9. and then find an OS to run on it and then getting an x86 emulator so you can run programs half as well as an x86 cpu. yep, cant wait! i know what you mean though. the cell has a lot of potential, but with soemthing like 90% of software being written for x86...if it wasnt for game comsoles, id say itanium all over again.
  10. i bet i could fit that guy in my back pocket.
  11. i think you left out the whole DRM fiasco gotta love uninvited and unwanted software that installs itself on your PC and leaves giant gaping security holes in your windows just because you wanted to listen to a CD.
  12. lmao that great
  13. hells yes! we gotta do that again!
  14. oh you make me giggle. well, i was trying to make a point and i dont feel it was grasped. i had something rather lengthy typed out, but people read far too deeply into things, just to find some way to be offended and to be able to lash out, so ill stop there. feel free to send me a PM if youd like to continue, but i wont do it here.
  15. that sounds like itll be good
  16. oh i know. at LSU there is a spot in front of the student union called free speech alley. normally there is some mormon group or some christian fundamentalist preaching to passers-by...then one day i came across a guy who was just screaming at the top of his lungs how incorrect all religions were. i asked him what faith he subscribed to...he said he was agnostic. i told him he was just as bad as the christian groups that come do the same thing and he completely lost it. i have no idea what he was yelling afterwards because he was so enraged he couldnt make any sense so i just walked off, giggling to myself. it was quite hilarious. oh, but you are hindu hold cows sacred, budist wait for enlightenment and muslins visit mecca
  17. well i think tomorrow afternoon at 3:12pm the sun will expand into a red giant, absorbing all planets out to jupiter, destroying all mankind in the process, so it wont matter if any makes a weapon out of it
  18. im a history major and an agnostic, so take this with that in mind. christians are crazy(i know, i used to be one). sure they arent killing people for the promise of 70 virgins, but they are crazy none the less. i could list reasons, but people would probably just get insulted and we dont need that. but with that said, i group christians with those who worship cows, spend their entire life waiting for enlightenment or walk circles around a giant onyx cube in the desert. the logic of the illogical, etc, etc. its part of human nature to read deeper into events and try to link them to themselves somehow. i think id be more suprised if they didnt say things about demons and devils and numbers after 9-11.
