sounds like your harddrive bit it...dont happen to have a spare one to try booting off of? doesnt need windows, as a drive without windows will give a no OS error and that would at least tell you that you system isnt reading you other drive.

most air bags are set off by a cylinder containing a ball bearing held at one end by some friction device and a contact patch at the other. when an impact creates enough force to overcome the friction and the ball hits the contact, the air bags are set off. its usually found inside your dash board.

its still a dell though. get another mobo and start OCing that chip. single core prescotts can usually hit 3.8-4.0...although, 64C load is a tad high. you gotta remember that all the hot air in the case is exiting via you water radiator, those temps might not get better. just out of curiousity, what thermal compound did you use? if you used as5, you might see anotehr 5C drop over the next few days.

yes, but until you get that second stick, you will be limited to single channel mode which cuts your possible memory bandwidth in half. the pc3200 rating on the ram is the maximum bandwidth possible for single channel, 3200mb/s(usually 2700-3000mb/s avg). dual channel doubles that to a max possible of 6400mb/s(usually 5500-6000mb/s avg). it will make a difference performance wise.

when you buy that second gig of ram later, if youre going to run 4 sticks of 512, before you isntall the second gig, go into the bios and set your command rate to 2T on your ram. most memory controllers on the A64 cant do 4 sticks at 1T at ddr400, but they can at 2T. its a very small performance hit and the extra ram will make up for it.

if you play spec ops, the g36c is a must. its acurate as hell with 2 round tap bursts
