Well I shouldn't get started on this. In about 20 years we will have eliminated 1/4 of the known species of animals on this earth because of the overuse of the environment. Its a sad thought that future young ones will not be able to visit a zoo and see a tiger or a wolf. I won't venture any further.

Very nice! I have no formal training, but I learn fast and have a handful of Nonna's recipes that I tweak from time to time. I enjoy the simplicity of Italian food and with the proper ingredients it can be dynomite! If I am ever up that way I would definitely try your "kiss" restaurant!
