I am gonna try community College...Right now I am in the proccess of filling out a Financial Aid request just to see if there is any out there. Hopefully I can get going for Spring 2008, but I also need to find out if what I want is available as part time since I will be working fulltime.

I agree...I am already a General, which took me forever in 2142. They should have some ranks seperated by atleast 10,000 points(as fast as one can get points in this game).

I agree but I think they are gonna set up the Hardcore as Dom only and the Normal as a mix. My 2 cents....for the Normal server run it as a mix with all modes and let us weed out the ones no one likes. Cause not everbody(including myself) has played every mode yet.

Personally I don't think we should have both of are servers in Hardcore(assuming the other one is 24/7 Dom Hardcore, like we have now), though I like things about both modes, I just think it would allow members to chose which mode and not everyone likes Hardcore.

Yeah I agree, it made for a nice change of pace...But I agree that the ship map must go...ANd with those different modes it helps you complete the missions, ask Taco he was such a point whore lastnight :klinked: .

Is it really that hard to get a patch to work? Or does EA hire the dumbest/cheapest people they can find(See Doc's post for clarification).

I might be upgrading my Laptop to 4gb, if I can find some 2gb sticks for cheap.

I know sometimes I get shot and when you watch the "replay", it looks like the guy is cleary out in the open but from your view you he is completely behind cover.

Networking...possibly IT. My Comm. College as an interesting looking Computer repair course....but I think I would like the Networking end more, and thats what I am trying to do find a Career I enjoy. Plus I think going back to school would be fun, except for the first couple of weeks when I have to relearn the stuff I have forgoten since Highschool...

I remember we were going to do this for BF2 and I have been wanting to have a match in CoD4 to see how tactics work in this game. I was thinknig sometime this weekend or whenever we can get a good participation level. Maybe have the cutoff at 30y/o, or you can do members that have been in the Armory for over 1 or 2 years vs the new guys. Just an Idea, cause I would really like to try a match in CoD4.

I am looking at taking some Networking courses, nothing huge, maybe just for an Entry Level position. Thinking about the Community College where I took a couple automotive courses. But I can't help think about schools like DeVry, technical schools, as a possiblity...But I remember hearing some bad things about these schools(ripoff?), I seem to hear this about a lot of technical schools. Anyone have experience with DeVry or the like? Anyone have any recommendations? Please note that a 4 year university is financially impossible for me right now.Thanks for any help...
