It's used and has a some scratches on the corners, replacement covers/cases are cheap to find on eBay(If so desired I could even replace it for you). Phone works 100%, though the speaker(for speaker phone and ringtones) does have a noticeable vibration when on loud. I just flashed the phone with Cyberwulf's MP(from the modmymoto forums, which is down so I can't give specifics yet), which from memory includes; Opera Mini, Google Earth, File Changer, and more(I will update when/if modmymoto.com comes back online). It includes OEM battery, plus aftermarket battery, USB cable, AC charger, Owners Manual, original box, belt holster, and 128mb MicroSD with SD adapter. Guys don't waste your money...glad I didnt. After I installed it and attempted to play Singleplayer, I noticed this game lags BAD. Now I know I dont have a great system, but, it was only at 1440*900(plays CoD4 fine) and this isn't the most visually stunning game. Not to mention about 30seconds in I loose all sound effects and only hear the music. A quick google lead me to some posts, were apparently this is a XP only game. If you must try it, don't spend more than $10 on it...

True...but, the 1098 is only(MSRP) about $4,000 more than a GSXR-1000 and does include a nice bit of features that you cannot get on any *** bike. And remeber Japanese bikes have some of the worse resale value, whereas a Ducati has an excellant one.

True...If I ever get a liter bike it will be a twin; RC51, 1098, 1125R, in-line Liters are just more than whats needed and most people that own them only own them to be "cool." And yes a faring does make a difference but Naked bikes, at times, look a lot better. So you ride to work everyday? Props:thumbsup:. I have pretty much ditched the idea of getting a new car since I am doing fine on my bike...
