yep pretty much agree and do a lot of those things the only one i would disagree with is skipping a meal eating less calories is fine but skipping meals your body thinks its running out of food so it natural starts burning less fat and calories because it thinks it might need to last a long time with no food pretty much all diets say eat 3 meals a day or even more smaller meals

you can use them pc3200 =ddr400 so these are faster and would run just fine

you can mix and match brands as long as the timmings are similar (youll have to go with the higher/slower timming) and the voltages are the same (or close)

also if you thinking about emergencies a very good idea would be iodine tablets or a filtration system (one made for filtering undrinkable water not a regular filter which wont last long in those conditions) they are much smaller and last forever but this only works if you can collect water that would otherwise be undrinkable

fda hasnt set a shelf life for bottled water meaning that its good unless its opened which means that it could start growing things than if its closed itshould be fine forever might not taste the same after a couple years

yes they are technically illegally EA doesnt really seem to care anymore if you really care about your stats id avoid them just becuase knife badges arnt that had to get (they can be but certainly not worth a stat reset) theres little risk but look at the time youve put in for all your other stats

as long as the server doesnt have 8 people in it its not really a big deal you said there was 19v19 if they lost they lost id much rather get capped out than spawn camped which is the only other alternative (one just gives me a loss the other kills my kpm, ppm, and total deaths) if you get capped out and half you team leaves at least it balances it out next round when they stay is when it sucks and you lose for 10 rounds straight because the good team obviusly doesnt want to leave and your stuck getting whopped on with no end in sight

actually ping has nothing to do with bandwidth at all ping is all about how far away the thing is and how much trafic is on the network your going through

after reading the article it sounds like the person just has fibre not really sure why they gave it to her other than to go this is what is possible the only problem with all fibre is all the routers and switches ect are expensive because everything still needs to be processed. the reason america never got good fibre is because of this http://www.tispa.org/node/14 we all were supose to and we paid for it but it never happened and no one ever did anything about it sucks for us
