well the temperature f the body is 37DegC.. not 39, so you were 7 degrees below... or were you 39 because you were sick?i was expecting,.... installed fan, turned on,,, big fire... no more CPU!!!

ROFL, try setting AntiAliasing OFF...... also try setting your video card settings (in windows) to default properties....

just insert your windows XP CD! and restart the machine, it will say something like "Press any key to boot from CD" hit any key (its the one just left of the escape key) when it says and you should be away..it will give you an option to REPAIR YOUR CURRENT INSTALLATION... try this 1st, then see you wont loose any data this way. if this doesnt help then FORMAT DRIVE on the next run!

maybe they will now put some effort into maintaining DECENT standards at Valve (whatever it is now)

also sometimes the maps actual room-room layout is all wrong, for example we think that the plane is above coldwar because we fall from it, but it is actually below the main obs.... maps are non-linear, try to get a hold of a schematic of the actual design of bocage if you can, thats the most jumbled...sometimes in marie i have seen bullets from firefights at the brige fly through blue spawn!!!

If you have Microphone boost or gain on, turn it off, try lowering the voluem slightly, as this may be distorting the sound, also a better soundcard helps, but is not essentialCheck your windows settings as well, they may be a little high for the game or your SC can handle, try tweakin all of these then going to the voice thing in FA.. you can then (should be able to) test the mic, see what it sounds like, then try again!

the ULTIMATE troubleshooting guide can be found AT ~YOUR LOCAL PC STORE~.. and it is in the Internet security section titled NORTON INTERNET SECURITY...Even if you cannot afford this you MUST get it, it will save you about 5 hours of working on the problems caused by viri and trojans, and other crap that YOU DL because you DONT have ANY PC security,,, i cannto stress this enough that you get this program, its not just you who is affected by the viri you have, its Everyone that you speak to on MSN, every website you view, Everyone on your address book and contact lists, A few things to watch out if you use Kazaa or P2P software, Anything less than 20k is most likely a virus, it if has an odd extention, whatever.jpg.exe, .bat, and a few others do NOT DL IT!!!! it WILL be a virus.

Ok Bigbud, get EVERYTHING off your system relating to steam, use the uninstall program to get rid of the program itself, HL FA etc etc... as if you had just formatted...Delete the installers FOR STEAM ONLY as wellIf you have one run a registry cleaner and restart as prompted..you should have no rememants of anything Steam or HL left on your system at this point...------------------------Get the full installer of steam, good site = fileshack.com and run it as normal...#you do NOT need to install HL or any HL patches, as the big steam installer has it ALL in it and will auto patch them up to the required level...Once it has been installed input all your account details, and you should be able to play, your HL CD key is bound to the email of your account name, and you shouldnt need to put it in again.if you have any more problems drop into ventrilo and ill see what i can do

firstly manowar STHU you have NOT played and do NOT know. so dont comment until you seen the WHOLE picture... JO takes off where AA leaves.... it has the fantastic realism, (see my screenshots in the SS forums) and the 150player madness gameplay that makes it such a fun game, when you shoot down a chopper full of 20 guys!!! OMG its sweet.
