I have Warthunder but haven't played it in ages. World of Planes, Warships and of course Tanks as well. Squad may be what you are refering to thats like BF4 WW2 one would probably be Battalion 1944. I have preorder on Battalion but haven't tried squad yet.

Thanks guys, all is well again. Wife is on blood thinners and her clotting factor got dangerously low. So much so that she was leaking fluids from her capillaries into her tissues. They have reversed the issue and will adjust her medications as needed. She's back home now and feeling much better. Thanks for the well wishes guys.

Xfactor goes over the changes coming in todays patch. Pro tips: 1) Stay the hell out of the wooden shacks cause you can shoot through them, Drive through them , Etc etc. They offer NO protection now. 2) AR ammo is limited. If you kill someone take every piece you can because it's HARD to find now. See below for the rest. It seems the new pistol is the go to micro uzi replacement.

Unfortunately you can't. From what I read last night the keys are associated with your EA account and wont work for anyone but you. Also Closed Alpha is under an NDA so no streams etc etc..

We have banned 25,000+ users in the last 3 months, and work daily with BattlEye to add new protections and detections for cheats appearing on the market. A few things of note that I find a huge change off the top of my head... 1) Fap Shacks are set to be fully destructible not just the doors so toss in a nade and the thing comes apart. Also I assume , will need to test, this should mean that like doors you can blast a hole in them with weapons as well and shoot the campers. Great change IMHO. 2) Red dot, and maybe holos can be attached to pistols except the revolvers. That will be awesome as well. Makes pistols, esp the new G18, a pretty decent alternative. 3) When playing in duos or squads if you do the most damage and a teammate gets the kill you will now receive kill credit and they get an assist! Can't count the number of times I get the knockdown only to have a teammate take the killing blow and I get no credit. Stuff I'm on the fence about: 1) UMP is getting a recoil nerf. It needs one but damn I liked the minimal recoil but it did make it a bit OP. 2) Vector/Ump now support burst fire mode. I hope that's in addition to full auto else I probably will never pick one up again. That's the main reason I dont take the M16 unless no other potions are available. It should have semi, burst, AND full auto but only supports the first two. We shall see. Burst will get you killed fast in this game. Anyway check out the full video /patch notes. LOTS of changes happening to the game . I'd like to add as well IMHO server lag has gotten a lot better. Still have some in bigger cities with items spawning in but overall it's been a lot better since last patch. Now I have to relearn where to fire as far as lead and all go lol.

Got home, ate and logged on to the PC to patch and the server already had a 7 person deep queue.

That's great news. I'd really like to maybe start having certain nights where we play something as a group. One night BF1 then maybe Arma III, PUBG etc I know we all have a lot of the same games and it would probably do a lot of good to get some group gaming in again. I know I'm just as guilty as anyone else, squirreling away in one game pretty exclusively but we probably should diversify and play together more. Maybe an events calendar or something?

I get what you are saying. The unlimited magazines bullshit is RSP side The other is just another stupid inclusion that was put in the game without ever being tested and when it appeared in the patch notes literally EVERYONE said it was dumba s hell. I may end up getting Battlefront, never say never, but it will be after I see how it shakes out. As far as BF1 goes I actually like the core game itself but the inclusions of things like Aim Assist in a PC title, The ever so awesome return of the revive bug, etc etc and now being locked into a death when someone attacks you with a melee weapon with no chance to do anything just chaps my ass. Graphically the game is great. Core game is pretty damned good as well. The stuff that really bothers me are things like scrapping all the work done on things in the BF4 CTE program and having the same issue in BF1 because they didn't build it to where the BF4 CTE had gotten it and went back to the base game mechanics. I get they changed engines and a lot of stuff needed to be recoded but at least code it to the point it has been tweaked to and not the starting point of the previous title that was broken. I know PUBGs has issues. You accept that when you play a early release game. I mean really, it's an extended open beta. I expect it to be unoptimised and have graphic issues especially when in in beta and a small indie group building it. They are making really good progress on it though. No its not a AAA title but when a company produces AAA titles it tend to hold them to a much higher standard and honestly in a good many areas DICE has not been up to par on those standards. I would say to your statement yes in some areas the bar has been raised but in a lot of areas the bar has hit them squarely in the mouth. It's all very subjective but there are things both back end and front end that just dont make sense and the fact that the feedback they need has been given for MONTHS and either ignored or pushed back to implement shit no one asked for or needed and this isn't the first thing that falls into this category either.

Here's what is probably the straw that breaks the camel's back for me gameplay wise. As per the dev response on the CTE forums as of this patch, because defending yourself is now called a kill trade, You cant shoot, counter, nothing if someone attacks you with a melee weapon. So in their infinite wisdom the ONE effing time a kill trade is actually a good possibility and one the melee attacker knows is a possibility and has accepted the risk they decide ok the one being killed cant shoot, use his own melee weapon nothing. Just get to sit there and die. As much as I like the game itself and I hate to say it, even though MANY of us told them this was stupid as hell and complete bullshit it is somehow in the game, Im pretty much done with BF1 maybe BF in general. Way to many other games out there now and incoming to be forced to deal with their bullshit and the people at DICE who THINK they know how to make BF better when in fact they have no clue. So as it stands now and for the foreseeable future DICE/EA titles are gonna be a wait and see prospect and unless a major rethinking of their priorities and retooling of servers and game mechanics happen at best their games will be ancillary side games at best for when I am bored with what I am playing at the time. Who the flying F even asked for this? No one that's who. This is just another example of why I'm just done I haven't even loaded the last couple of BF1 patches just because I am bored to tears with it and now they start adding "features" that pretty much just give kills to people by disallowing the other player to defend themselves. I mean in theory I should load up and run nothing but the kukri knife or some other melee weapon and just run into groups of enemies while swinging wildly locking them all in melee locks while videoing it. Would be a great YouTube vid lol.

So you mean pretty much what we have now eh? Yeah we have the ability to rent servers if pissing away money on a server no one is able to find if you change anything from the official settings. I would say that servers would be a consideration if we had fully customizable servers and a server browser capable of finding said servers such as was the case with BF4. Seeing as we have actually neither right now, I would sat canned company owned servers will do since that's basically all we have now. I need to shake off my PUBGs (crack) habit and play some more rising storm. That Game is pretty damned HC and actually fun once you get used to/remap some of the controls.
