Yes, hopefully they've fixed (or will fix) the server and client crashes ...hopefully. Although we will still continue to play a few other games, this poll was created to see who, if any, are still interested in playing the game again. If participation goes well, the City Maps server could be started again, with regulars, and maybe even a titan server if all goes well. Server stability is very important, so we'll have to wait and see what the patch brings us. Fingers crossed... This is also an attempt to get as many folks focused on a single game, again. Some prefer Battlefield 2, some prefer battlefield 2142, some prefer COD4, some prefer Quake Wars, and some prefer other games to satisfy their gaming needs. It's nice we have such a great selection, and we will try our best to accommodate everyone. When Battlefiels 3 comes out, I'm sure it will move everyone in one direction. Any suggestions are welcomed.

Also, I believe in the 10 second respawn time to allow a player to move out of the way before getting shot in the back by the same person he just shot and killed 5 seconds prior (if that makes sense). Also, and for a comparison, I will set the server to 5 seconds to get the feel.

This is true, but there are many reasons why... - BF2142 server crashes like a drunk sailer on payday - COD4 server can't get populated because of a broken browser, which makes it impossible for others to see us listed - ETQW has only limited players, so it is also fadinig away - A few members are playing the girly game called "WoW" - Some members never converted to the new games we play now, and are usually found playing BF2142, BF2, and even BF Vietnam - A few of our members are not patient enough to help start our servers, so they routinely play on other servers There are other factors like "real life" events that have prevented a few from playing, and some have just lost interest in playing. We are having a meeting tonight to discuss ways to make things better, and perhaps realign current member status, as well as realign servers
