We are investigating an increase of error code 16007s in the EU region. [2020-05-31 Updates] 1550 UTC - We have identified a new issue causing an increased rate of error code 16007s in the EU. The team is currently working to mitigate any additional aspects of the service that are currently in a bad state in an effort to reduce the rate of errors players are experiencing. 1605 UTC - Restarts of backend services have been performed to further mitigate error rates. 1730 UTC - Services have returned to expected operational status. Reducing severity to Degraded Performance as we continue to monitor throughout the day. 2130 UTC - Another wave of services restarts is currently in-progress. Connectivity may become temporarily disrupted. 2140 UTC - Service restarts completed.
