Heh.. my computer can't run Firearms.. or Counter Strike.. I can't be expected to even try buying BF1942 and trying..

Winamp 5... I tried Winamp 3 when it first came out. To prove how slow my computer is: I can barely run Winamp 3 by itself, let alone with an Internet Explorer or word processor opened, also. Hence why I have so much trouble playing Firearms and Counter-Strike. Oh well, X-Mas is near, and perhaps things will change then. If not, I'll just have to stick to Spamming on the forums.

We could always postpone the poll, but hey, it's already started, why bother? If we don't have a large turnout, maybe someone in Florida could ask for a recount -- I think it'd be fair. However, I would like to see all the original entries reposted in some fasion (KAMISORI's method is preferred) so that the vote can be fair.

Mine was alright. Family issues with me and my dad, but hey, everyone has trouble now and then. I was just wondering -- am I the only flag-waving American who doesn't like turkey? It's not like I can't eat it.. but I do prefer chicken over it. Just wondering if I was the only weird one.

We are doing a vote. I will be posting a poll the day of the deadline (Dec. 10th) with all entries available for voting. Then, we will have one full week of voting on this. On the 7th day of voting, I will look at the results and then announce the winner. The winner will then be entered into a partnership with myself, and we will become an actual team for producing Spam cartoons for The Armory. So, until then, anyone who hasn't entered -- get some toons around, and get them posted!

Yes, that window will remain up for quite a while (until you close it yourself). It should still upload the file. And when you post the URL, make sure to put it in the %7Boption%7D brackets. To get your pic's URL, open it in the gallery, right click it, and select properties. The location should have the URL. That's what you place inside the %7Boption%7D tags.

You do seem pretty green, so let me help you out. You can access the Firearms gallery and upload your images into the Misc. catergory. Then, simply get the link to your picture and past it using the and tags. So, to post a pic, you'd put something like this in your post: www.fa-thearmory.net/etc.etc. Also, to read the spam files, simply search "Spam" in the forums, and anything written by yours truly is probably a Spam cartoon.

Deadeye mentioned it... now I'm putting fuel into it.Let's see who has the best Spam in the Armory. Right now: start a contest to see.Let's give it a two week deadline. Starting today, and ending on December 10th. Post your best toons, however you want to. The only rules:1) The cartoon has to do with Firearms. Duh.2) Let's be fair and make this a cartoon battle. The toon -can- include a real picture, but only as a piece of the picture. The majority must be hand-made, either drawn & scanned or made on computer. 3) Including other TA Members in the toon is allowed, but they cannot be shown in a negative light. 4) Only one cartoon entry per person.And at the deadline, I will post a thread with a poll -- to let you all decide who won!That's it. Forgot to mention -- I've gone back to my normal, oringinal toons for two reasons:A) [TA]-Scorpio's idea just completely resparked my imagination for them, and:P The feedback I got for my "real-pic-with-a-speech-bubble" idea wasn't bad, per sei.. just... could have been better. So, I've decided to head back to the original, more funny Spam toons.

Don't worry, no offense taken -- I look forward to all criticism.Check the older chapters of the Spam trilogy, Sam.Gen. ... this "speech bubble" thing is something totally new in my toons -- in fact, the "Stupid hacks" toon is only the third to consist of a real picture.And speaking of counting how many toons I've done, I'm looking forward to doing aniversary editions (perhaps around the 25th or 50th toon). Who knows? I could come up with something very special for those....
