It was Lister and he played on a Laptop in Canada somewhere. That is why he knifed. Whenever he shot, at least rapid fire, he lagged badly so he either single shotted or knifed and as a result and got very good at both. Thats Mac Trivia answered for you.

Sounds like our scheduler for our work load in the steel mill. 2 men ='s 16 hours a day at 5 days a week. Thats 80 hours. They'll schedule an impossible amount of hours each day and expect the work to be finished and then ask why it did not get done.

They keep optimizing. Optimizing you to buy better equipment. I am sure they get the nudge from the Manufacturers. "Hey turn up the graphics now that the game is popular." It is easily done with a patch.
