I see it. I get more FPS with more cache. AM2 is a different story. I would always spend the money on extra MHZ than spend it on cache but then why when you can overclock. Do both. I just bought a SanDiego. $104 shipped.

The 7600GT is great and get the fastest CPU you can afford. Your system will be great. Better will be getting the Best Vcard you can afford and keep your present CPU.

Yeah but with the present state of things. Current CPU's can easliy handle the toughest games with good videocards. So save and prosper.
