What I do not see in the game is the talk of actually exploiting the game itself by using them Famas for example. Knowing how to use a weapon much better that anyone else is exploiting or taking advantage of the game.Delta I am sure uses Stealth and exploits that skill to gain an "Unfair but acceptable" advantage over his opponent.This is a good reason why we have a saying. "If it is in the game. It's in the game"Now on to things that we cannot control:Connection speedConnection locationThe type of Computer System you haveThe size Monitor one usesThe type of mouse you use. (5 buttons being superior over 3 buttons)Ones keyboard configurationAge and experienceHow you configure your FA. (Turning off Weather effects Etc etc)What videocard driver one uses. Open GL over D3DI am sure there are more.These impact ones play way more than people climbing up onto a roof that is there or getting assistance to do so. (ps_sandblast getting into to tunnel with help is OK?) Man if I in was a battle I would sure climb to the highest place to gain an advantage or hide(cam) so I could not be seen as well.We are not teaching anyone here something that will harm themselves or the game of FA.What they will get is a place to play where you do not hear you cannot use this, or do that, or climb there, or Famas jerk, or CAMMER etc etc.These last few things have helped kill the game of FA. What I am saying is the Mfrger can make a new mobo with PCI express that supports the new technology.They can do it. They are choosing not to.I know it is new stuff. I am not that naive.

It is not stupid when the XP's CPU and Memory controller can handle the bandwidth of the new cards. The mfgrs just want to make more money and that is the bottom line.You cannot say that a P4 1.8 with Rdram and a Radeon9800 Pro is not a good or constricted gaming systemJust as My Abit NF7-S at 200fsb with a Mobile XP at 2400mhz cannot support a PCI express videocard. That is my point and complaint. It is a good one and certainly NOT stupid.

That will be the wisest course of action.I am planning on doing just that.Getting a new GF when the price is reasonable.I will have an extememly fast system. Just at its limit of speed.

It is just too bad you will not be able to put a videocard in and upgradelike we have in the past.You are right about the whole system thing. It is just not fair that they are making you buy a whole new car when your engine is weak.

By the time most people will need to upgrade that is all that will be availible.So like I said. When you need a new videocard b/c games will not run well. You are forgetting the fact that this equipment will probably be availible in ONLY the new BTX form factor.BTX will replace the ATX mobo/powersupplies/cases we are presently using.So add a powersupply and case to the total bill.Man just to upgrade your videocard in the future will sure be expensive!!!!!!!

I thought so.It is very easy to loose the FA touch.Play BF1942, BFV, or DC too long and FA is much harder than you think.
