It should go over the top but I would delete the 2.8 FA folder and then install 2.9.Then experiment with the saved stuff. Save the NEW items(Menu, Models, config.cfg etc etc) to your documents then.....You will need to copy and paste but do not overwrite anything.

Can you play games. If not then there is a possible hardware failure or a lot of dust on the Ht sink of the CPU casuing your CPU to over heat.

Ssve your config.cfg file in the FA folder. Also save your maps, menus, models, sprites(crosshairs). They will all work with 2.9.The sprites will need to be careful as they have updated some of them. This will save all of your useful stuff.

I hope so. It is hard to tell but that would be the best way.

Click on your volume control and goto Options, properties, Mute Playback on Microphione.

Also make sure you turn off playback in your sound properties.You donot need to hear yourself talk thought your speakers. It will give you feedback.

They should use a point system like Firearms where YOU can select your equipment and Armor level.

Also the way you are acting is a really good example of why you are out of TAC.I sent you a p/m that said it was not just the FA forum language but other things over the past few months.You have yet to really address that have you.? Your posts up to this point rarely state these facts. You are just trying to get peoples attention/sympathy that "I did nothing wrong but type around 14 curse words (NOT 7)" All the four five letter variety beginning with F and C etc etc. If you could see the Admin and Senior counsel sections of our forums it is Littered with Ripper Topics. This problem over tha last few months has wasted entirely tooooo much of our time. So we put you on probation. Then someone finds the FA forums post with all that CRAP on it and that was the deciding factor to remove you from TAC for the time being.You hvae posted your problem all over the TAC forums apparently searching for sympathy. Loose the Audigy (remove it) and use the onboard Soundstorm. Try it and see if that helps.Remember the Soundstorm is Almost as good.
