EA realy sucks. Just don't buy the game. I cannot wait to see how many of the Million or so copies presold get returned b/c of hardware issues. I hope it is 1/3. As I have said before. Look at the Valve survey on who plays with what and has what in their home computer. You really need a computer bought within a year or so to play this game. gg EA.

Get to control panel goto system and harware and device manager. Look at display adapters. Anyway ya look at it. I would go with a 6600GT.

Slower moving tank turrets. Damagable tanks(treads) Anti Main spawn camping devices. More effective Handheld anti tank rockets.

That Tactic would not be needed with protected Main spawn.

You need XP for one. A processor of at least 1.7mhz. 512mb MINIMUM ram. Then a 6600GT AGP or a 9800 Pro. I would get a 6600GT myself. BF2 will work better with Nvidia than ATI.

Like I said. Narrow range of thoughts. The objects can be offship on support ships. What is so hard about that? The game would be more enjoyable if this was done. It would change very little since tickets drain and you would not have to worry about campers. The main spawns need to be protected that is all. I have joined the TAC server more than once just to be cut down over and over in main spawn b/c the MEC have been pushed all the way back. Yes BFV was worse. Main reason I stopped playing. Got tired of bneing slaughtered. However when you have 64 players on a server. There are way more spawn campers. We will see how this plays out but when you have a demo released and within a few hours Main Spawncamping pisses people off. DONT CHA THINK THATS A PROBLEM?

Not too small. They can be put on the edge of the zones. It is this way of "Closed minded thinking" that keeps things like this from happening. When there is a will there is a way. Anything is possible. Spawn camping sucks and it really needs to be addressed. It truely destroys the game.

I cannot believe that EA has not put a "No other team zone" around the main spawn point. Similar to the out of bounds. I get really tired of being spawn camped over an over and over when joining a game b/c all the other spawns are held by the other team. It is REALLY ridiculous. Even FA and CS:S do not allow this to happen.

It may not be fast. All settings will be on low at 1024x768 but at least you will be able to play. That is if you have Win XP. The system was a Shuttle AN35N Ultra Nforce 2 with the CPU at 2100mhz, FSB at 200, and 512mb (PC3200) of ram with a SBLive sound card. I have been testing much of today and the 9100 ( overclocked ) can do the job but it does not look awe inspiring. I would imagine the 9200SE can do a little better but probably not by much. I would not play this game on much less than an ATI 9600XT (MY son has one and it is doing VERY WELL) or a Nvidia 5900 at minimum.

Honda S2000 are nice. Acura R series have 2 doors with 4 seats and are very fast. Probably the most hp per litre out there.

Well if you can afford it. Go for it. I would check into all the 2 seaters out there first. Pontiac Solstice is coming out soon. Uber Good Looks. 175hp. Mazda Miata is getting a lot more power next year. 180hp next year. I know it is not really a two seater but the Mini Cooper "S" fast and a blast to drive. If you want to get looked at. Get the new Mustang GT for a really fair price vs performance.

Wow. I understand how you feel. My kids are home schooled. Well two out of three are. Many advantages to that. you can get curiculums online to help you stay on track with their studies. As far as the going abroad. I have seen 48 out of the 50 states here in the USA. Alaska and Hawaii not. We have a huge country that is very diverse. However I have told myself that I will not see the world till I know myself. This means till I get to Alaska and Hawaii the world will have to wait. There are sooo many must see's in the world. You just need to decide what they are. Seeing Natural or Manmade or seeing both. I like natural majesty/beauty myself except for maybe things like the Great Wall (Truely grand undertakings that are almost like natural things). Invlove your children in the decision and let them plan parts of the trip, what to see, and stuff like that. It will be rewarding for you and them knowing that they took part in the planning of a trip of a lifetime. Plus it will give them more to look forward to. Things I would not to miss. New Zealand and Australia Grand Canyon, Yellowstone National Park, and Las Vegas. Disney World / Epcot in Florida Rome and Parts of Italy Swiss Alps Africa and maybe the Pyramids There is sooo much. Then add the events that you would like to time the trip by. Whew a lot to think about.
