  1. I'd have a dancing bear or a fake door or something. I don't see what the problem is with distracting sprays. It's the same thing as the old days, except they look more believable now.

Well everyone has their excuses. Results are all that matter, though. And the results show: K1 = winners.Congrats K1.
  3. And actually, the publisher and game developers can release a game whenever they want. Nowhere is it written that a manufacturer has to make its product available whenever the consumer wants. Game developers are businessmen, too. They will release a game when they feel that it will get them the best amount of profit. They don't make games for the community and the fans, they make games to make money. If any of you think otherwise, then you're naive and still don't understand how the world functions. Game companies don't owe you anything. Stop getting mad at them for taking long on the release of a product. It's not like they're stealing your money. And any of you that purchased their product already (aka HL2 Gold, Silver or Bronze packs) did so knowing well that those guys take long in releasing stuff, so don't go crying when they take too long according to your timeline.Edit: Yes, they may have a conflict with the video card companies, but that's something for them to work out on their own. It's not something that we have a stake in or have the authority to judge them about.
  4. ya, his says, basically, poor red sox, go astros, i jokingly said, hwy poor red sox, we won? cause it does come across as if you were consoling a person whos team lost. thinking first is good sock Repo, basically, what he's saying: "I feel sorry for the Red Sox. Sure they won against the Yankees, but now they're probably going to play the Cardinals." He wasn't consoling a person who's team lost. He's saying the Red Sox don't stand a chance against the Cardinals. Thinking first is good, repo. 8) LOL, you're still cool.
  5. Take it easy, dude. I can understand why you made that choice and I respect that. Good luck. ^_^
  6. Yeah, RSS feeds are sweet. Dag! I want CS:Source, but first must come my HDD and RAM.
  7. cow, how could you use Frost's cool picture as a background for such garbage? :PI think you owe him an apology. ^_^
  8. No, it's regular Pepsi Twist.
  9. Or you might as well get the HL2 Silver edition thing. It comes with the entire Steam catalog included. Er, at least, that's what I would do. Compared to going to buy an HL CD key for about $30, just spend $60 and get all the good stuff. 8)

I do Kendo too. But I only started it up like a month ago. Still suck at it. >_<
  11. Yeah, same for me. But clicking on a link opens it in a new tab. Pretty handy. 8)
  12. I doubt the internet would fail just like that, even with all the spam and spyware. And it might be possible if the internet remains the same, but it's changing all the time. New formats for webpages and internet technologies make it difficult for the internet to stagnate enough for it to be completely vulnerable.
  13. Laffles! Those are some of the most awkward positions to die in. Upside-down? 8)
  14. Here's your cookie.

How about you post your Steam_ID and the day and time you think you were banned? That would be pretty helpful in getting someone to look into your case.And... JSA? :? Dunno what that is.Edit: Actually, I forgot. Before you post, it's better if you click on the left where it says "Contact Us?" and fill out that form. In the request box there, select "Unban Request." Thanks for your time.
  16. LOL, that's such an old trick. It's really easy, too. 8) Nice job, though.Patap: "It's a secret of the pros."

Well, first you need to put on a jester's cap. Then, you have to find the poison blueberries and sell them to the alchemist. He'll give you his special teleporter. From there, you travel west (which is in that direction) until you find this giant (let's say) oak tree. Start digging around at it roots and you'll find a little passageway blocked by an iron door. Blast the door, and it'll lead you to some steps. Take them down until you reach the bottom. Light the candles with the torch you find and then a secret box will open. You'll find a key to the locked door that's at the other side of the room. Open it and it leads to a chamber that has a space-time rift. Use the alchemists teleporter to stabilize the rift and it should teleport you to the legendary island. From here, you're on your own. Good luck. P.S. You might want to take off the jester's hat once you get to the island; the locals don't like it and try to kill you because they think you're mocking them.
  18. It's been like that as long as I can remember. Probably just to show off the ejection animation. 8)

  23. LANs are fun. Rose-Hulman is a good, respectable school. If you stick to your studies, it'll be worth it.P.S. G, your sig is kinda big...
  24. Favorite books would have to be A Prayer for Owen Meany by John Irving and The Silmarillion by Tolkien. Currently reading Vector Mechanics for Engineers, Statics by Beer & Johnston, 7th Edition. 8)
  25. I said "eh" before Canada was established, so there's no way you people can claim that it's yours. 8) Now, saying "eh" after every question, that seems like a Canadian thing to do. Doesn't make it seem more complex though. Repetition makes things less complex because new things aren't said as much.
