Hm, some posts there are really bad. I do notl sign there. But i want to say, that i find the idea of steam very good. I hope it will run a little better in the future. Overall they make a good job.

I look from time to time. I miss also the spirit a little bit. The spirit came a little bit at the opening ceremony, but that was it..The 100 m Men Finale was great.. I am always very interested in that. Everyone in the stadion is quiet, boom, there it goes, under 10 Seconds.. Wow, what a feeling that must be for the people watching it live and for the athletes who run their heart out..Some great moments were also in the gymnastics, but i dont know the correct words in english, to describe that ...But overall i think we should look at the olympic idea and not which team/country wins most medals.For us the swiss, is every little medal, a great thing.I think also that the weapons in every conflict all over the word should lay down during the olympic games....But that will be a dream forever...

If a weapon is available in a game, everyone can choose what he wants..(only the TAC People can change that/should ban some weapons, if they cause serious problems, like a server crash or anything like that).

Its always interesting that some TAC people are so young .... If i look back at the past, i thought some are very "old", because the good statements/decisions the make/made showed that ...

You must use a Sinclair ZX81, with 64 MB Ram Upgrade... The Black and White Screen was so cool... And if you typed to fast, the 64 MB Ram Modul was gone.. hahahah.

I turned VSync on. Its much better, but i have still white points. Sniff.. Sniff...By the way: the game is so scary, i had several heart attacks...

Thanks Paluch. I dont know right now, if i do that, but i will think about it.The new 4.8 Ati Driver hasnt solved the problem so far.

I would like to play, but i cant download it right now. I guess to much people try to download it at this time. I will try it later in the night.

Hm, Ati has released a new driver today. But in the release notes i find nothing that the doom3 problem is solved. I think the next driver will solve it. Anyway, i am thinking to buy a nvidia card.

Thanks, Shotty.. Sound Problem solved. I have a 7.1 system... When i change it to 5.1 in XP Settings, Doom3 is running now with 5.1. I have no Performance Problem with my ati 9800 xt. I only see white points all over the screen. I dont think that a performance tool can solve this problem. But i will try it.Thanks in advance.

I have forgotten something: Has anyone also problems with the Sound ? I have a Creative Audigy 2 ZS Soundcard. I have the problem sometimes, that if i start doom3, it doesnt find my soundsystem. Strange.. Hm.. (The drivers are the newest available).
