  1. 128mb of ram is more than enough. 256mb is a waste. I would go with better ram.

  4. Statecop, how did you do that, show me.
  5. I don't think they will suceed with this bill. There are too many people and too many computers on the internet to stop this. There will always be away around there method of stoping piracy. For them to stop piracy and copyright infringment they would have to just ban the computers, the internet, and any other device that has the ability to duplicate.
  6. Tell em Macgyver, tell em, I'm too mad, tell em.
  7. Everytime I check its empty too. It might as well be a 2 player server, lol.
  8. Someone tell me if i'm wrong but I've never heard of a duron 2000. Are you sure it isn't an XP Athlon 2000+. If so the clock speed is 1.67ghz, but amd markets their processer with 2000 to show that although the frequency is lower it will perform similiar to an intel 2.0ghz cpu, actually better in my opinion, especially with gaming.
  9. MKV

  10. Some site that use a feature to log into an account require that your browser's security features are up to date. Check your windows update. Windows update includes security features for internet explorer that some sites require. I bet anything that is your problem.
  11. I'm hoping that with the release of DC .8 that more people will want to play DC. It seems there will be many additions to the game that will interest some of these people playing BFV 100% of the time.
  12. Thought you would like that.
  13. Read the text in the image. This is directed primarly to Sam gen.

  17. Here's link to the pci card slot fan. http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=120565&Sku=V13-4200&CatId=804 I'm sure other companies sell them or something similiar. There are several different types of fans that fit in expansion slots.

  19. Off the top of my head I put about $2500 into it. Maybe a tad bit more. That amount is including the tower, monitor, and input devices.
  20. AMD 64-Bit 3200+ w/ 1MB L2 Cache, OCed to 2250mhz Asus K8V Deluxe - K8T800 (Mine was bought before Newegg was including free Far Cry :x ) Plextor 40x12x40 CDRW (Not new) (Forgot Brand Name) 16X DVD-ROM (Waiting for 16X DVD burners with Sata to come out as 16X will be the fastest developed) Two Western Digital 36.7GB, 10,000RPM Raptors @ Raid 0 (very fast) (Both Harddrives have fans mounted to them, blue led) Sony 1.44MB Floppy Drive Two Kingston 512MB DDR3200 Memory Modules ATI Radeon 9800 Pro Creative Audigy 2zs Soundblaster 7.1 Card Aspire 500watt ATX Power Suppy w/ Acrylic cover dual fan, blue led, and fan speed control Thermaltake ATX Case (Very Heavy, can barely pick this thing up compared to old case could sling around with one hand) Thermaltake Silent Boost K8 CPU Cooler, Artic Silver 5 PCI card slot Fan (2 x 80mm, blue led) Five 80mm case fans Matrix Orbital MX213 LCD (Very cool, programmable to do almost anything. 21. Nice system State Cop, you've inspired me now to get some pics of my amd 64 3200 up.Shotty you can obviously tell there is no vaporchill unit there.
  22. Keep in mind that there is nothing that can utilize the bandwidth of pci express. There is nothing that can even utilize the full bandwidth of agp 8x. So you will see no different from running those cards in pci-express or agp 8x.Yes the amd 64-bit running on win xp 64-bit edition does not run well with games. The amd 64-bit processor is awesome when ran normally on winxp 32 bit OS.Keep in mind that all the drivers and the OS as well for the 64-bit edition is still in beta.
  23. I believe the problem is with the parents of these kids. If their parents would of raised them to do right then there most likely would not be a problem.
  24. Hopefully we can actually get some people to join.
  25. I have windows xp 64-bit on a separate partition. I had to find a few 64-bit drivers such as raid driver, NIC driver, and soundcard driver. These drivers were hard to find. Also I found a 64-bit Catalyst driver for ATI cards.Hardware I'm using: Asus K8V Deluxe. This board has a 3COM Gigabit Lan. Soundblaster Audigy 2zs, Ati Radeon 9800 Pro. Promise Fastrak 378 Raid Controller.Lan driver seemed to work fineRaid controller worked finesound driver - many problems, sometimes sound don't work (won't work in Media Player for one, Windows sounds work). I tried to use to mic in ventrilo and I get errors. The video card drivers work but I see lower performance in gaming. Normally in Win xp 32-bit I get 5800 score in 3DMark03. In the Win XP - 64-bit with 64-bit catalysts drivers I get a score of 4800.Keep in mind that EVERYTHING is beta. This OS, and all the drivers. I'm sure it will get better. But don't expect to see too many improvements. You will get mostly lower performance. It is just something to play around with right now. I wouldn't install it to replace your 32-bit OS, it isn't worth it. If you want to use it I would install on a different partition and have a dual-boot setup. If anyone needs help with it, I've had some experience with the OS and the drivers. It tooks me a couple months of searching for drivers. Don't bother will manufactures tech support or trying finding the drivers on their website.
