  7. Heh, I usually have them off. I'm either on my computer or it's off, so I can't be hassled with moving a mouse more than I have to

  9. Aw man... Diablo 2 was the first online game I played addictively. Other than that, I remember the days of Duke Nukem. That game was sweet.

  11. Okay. Here's what you do. You run out to your local Best Buy or Wal-Mart or anywhere that sells computer games. Find Battlefield 2 and go ahead and buy that. Unfortunately without a unique cd key, there's no "gaining access" to BF2. Most of the Armory guys have taken a liking to the expansion "Special Forces" as well. That can be downloaded direct from EA and I believe you can buy it as well. Here's a list of the system requirements your computer should match or surpass (as listed in the readme): CPU Battlefield 2 supports the following processors: Intel Pentium 4 Intel Xeon Intel Pentium Extreme Edition Intel Celeron D AMD Athlon XP AMD Athlon 64 AMD Athlon 64-FX AMD Sempron processor Minimum Specification: CPU: 1.7 Ghz RAM: 512 Mb Video Card: NVidia GeForce FX 5700, ATI Radeon 8500 or ATI Radeon 9500 with 128 Mb of RAM Recommended Specification: CPU: 2.4 Ghz RAM: 1 Gb Video Card with at least 256 Mb of RAM Video Cards Battlefield 2 only supports the following video cards: Radeon X700 (PCIe) Radeon X600 (PCIe) GeForce 6600 (PCIe) GeForce PCX 5900 (PCIe) GeForce 5800 Series (AGP) ATI Radeon X800 XT Platinum Edition ATI Radeon X800 PRO ATI Radeon 9800 Series ATI Radeon 9600 Series ATI Radeon 9550 (RV350LX) ATI Radeon 9500 / 9700 Series ATI Radeon 8500 Series ATI Radeon X300 Series NVidia GeForce 6800 Ultra NVidia GeForce 6800 GT NVidia GeForce 6800 NVidia GeForce FX 5950 Series NVidia GeForce FX 5900 Series NVidia GeForce FX 5700 Series Hard Drive Space To install Battlefield 2 you will need approximately 2.3 GB free hard disk space, plus space for saved games. Additional space is required for DirectX 9 installation. In addition to the installed game, Windows will require additional free hard drive space for its operating system (virtual memory). If you encounter the following message in an error dialog: "Ran out of virtual memory" Free up some more hard drive space. Improving Gameplay Performance Some machines will benefit from experimenting with your Network / Video / Sound options: - INTERNET / NETWORK PERFORMANCE This section is very important to experiencing good internet play! - JOINING MULTIPLAYER GAMES: To get the best performance on your computer we recommend you follow these guidelines: - HARDWARE Minimum system - Join servers that have up to 16 players Recommended systems - Join servers that have up to 32 players High end systems - Join servers that have up to 64 players - BANDWIDTH ISDN users - Join games with a maximum of 16 players. 13. Does Mr. Rogers know the last digit of Pi? Has he counted to infinity? Twice?
  14. Heh, you guys are looking at this all wrong! Finally, justification for those 12 or 15 deaths in a row!!!! They're all haxors! *cough* Oh wait, is that just me...?

  18. Heh, that rules... I didn't know that. Fortunately I don't have to wear long sleeves to cover my tattoos so I'm not hot in the summer
  19. Heh, finally a little scandal in these forums that isn't "You h4x3d me!"

Heh, pwnt. Personally, I thought it was pretty funny. Watching little kids get owned never was better...

I'm not sure about all the weapons and stuff; that's more Deli's thing. But as far as I'm concerned, the word "incapacitate" sounds better to the powers that be than the words "it kills 'em real good." Won't it pretty much just do that anyway? Besides, I was always taught it's not the weapon, it's the guy holding it. Shoot them in the face. Problem solved.
  24. Heh, welcome to the forums Chik. And careful now, we got some hardcore arcade gamers here...

Congratulations! Getting to be a police officer, and especially that young, isn't alwasy easy. I tested a couple of places myself and didn't get hired. But, I'm glad you made it! Good luck
