Boja knows WAAAAAAAY too much about the stroke. In photoshop go to Edit -> Stroke. I usually use a 3 pixel outside stroke. Make sure you have your background selected.

The F2000 is one of the weapons for the USMC teams in SF, but if you're playing normal BF2, it's locked until you unlock it. It's just selectable in SF. Also, on the subject of the engineer and sniper kills, I would just get in a tank and get 10 kills that way. That's the only way I managed to get mine...
