hey one, don't worry, it's easy to do i know, cause i've replaced the jack on my sennheiser for at least 3 times already (it's got an "ike-proof" steel jack now) you can open the plastic ball if you need to, because it will make it easier to extend the mic wire to it's original length again by inserting a bit (with a new jack on one end) which has the right length. if you want it to look neat afterwards, don't forget to first put some shrink mantle like stuff over the wire before you start on the extension (it's a round tube which shrinks down to 1/3 or 1/4 of it's diameter when you heat it).

best thing to start with is find something to play with which freaks her out. once you got that figured out, stick to it. if she wants to gnaw on your shoes, use the toy to distract her, her whole energy has to become focused to it. so if you withhold it, she's gonna find every arson in the world, 'cause she knows she'll get that toy as a reward.there are a lot of rules which you'll have to learn her, but rule number one which you yourself should learn:the dog is ALWAYS rightyou might not see it, snif it or understand it untill years later, but the dog is ALWAYS right.

Congratz!! she looks cute and healty.I got a belgian sheppard myself (a mallinois to be more precise) which i had trained for search and rescue (drowned victims, rubble and wilderness). I had to quit it though (my ex was the trainer of the team). Is this gonna be your first dog which you intend to train for arson investigation? Good luck with it anyways and i'de be glad to help you out if you run into problems (health probs included, i have almost finished vet school)*edit* and my compliments to choosing the harnass, though it might confuse her a bit once you start tracking (with a harnass as well) with her. you should use a different harnass then if possible.

Hey, thanks for the notification!though after i installed the patch, i got kicked of the server for not running PB... somehow the instalation switched it off.and that ain't a prob, but when i reconnected i got the message: Banned from server :shock: so for some reason... i can't get on the server to test itfunny bit is that the #2 server accepted me right away
