Not to bash it anymore but it feels unfinished. It actually makes me appreciate BF2 more.

The first of many troubles with this new "EA" game.

To me in-game ads is just more useless stuff to download everytime you log on.

Waiting a month would kind of take away the point of "pre ordering".

You have UFO: Defence?!?!?!? Is that X-COM UFO: DEFENCE!?!?!?!? I MUST HAVE!!!! I had that game for regular playstation and played it all the freaking time. Little while ago I heard they had it for computer and I have been looking for a copy. Some places want like $70 for it though.

I agree with klink. The weapons didn't feel all that accurate. Yes, they are more accurate then they were in the beta. So lets hope they improve even more when the full version is released. The big thing with me is that the action, while it can be good, it just takes awhile to get there at times. It feels a lot like reg BF2. As far as that goes. Smaller maps are what I like. Another thing is the control setup up. It might be just me I don't know, but i'm not really like the control scheme. I set my controls for one kit, and when I switch to another it has to be entirely different. The mouse button that switch between full/single, now gives me a damn veichle repair thing. Some kits have 4 slots in them others have 5. Making so your/my control setup for one kit works well but will piss you off when you switch to another kit. Now I don't know if they did this on purpose or what. I wish they would have made it more universal. They have made a small improvement with it though. It asks you if you would like to remove the key a button is already bound to when you want to bind it another key. They does seem to run better then BF2. Granted that could be due to the fact that i'm at a lower resoluation as well. I thought new games were going to be supporting more resolutions for people that like to play at very high resolutions. I guess EA likes to go backwards and not support the most commonly used resolution for games as well as native resolution for monitors. Next game they come out with probably won't support 1024x768, and you will be playing at 800x600. Just like the good old Diablo 2 days.

I wonder why they didn't just add it in there??? Oh wait...I got it. They will come out with a booster pack that allows you to support it.

Ok...I know its EA. So that explains everything. I just hope they figure out how to put in 1280x1024. I'm still not able to choose it. If anyone has this resolution please let me know how you got it. RIBBIT!!!

Oh yea! Didn't you tell me deli that EA owns the right to the NFL? I think that is a load of crap. I don't play sports game much. But still..... They are probably thinking...who in the government is really goign to care about a gaming company?

This was never the vision of Sam Walton. The layaway program probably never made much money besides the markup of the product. He knew this and thought it to be ok because it still brought in some business. As well as it kept on bringing that customer back. Which in turn always gives you a chance of that customer buying something else in YOUR store. Plus, it gave the poorer people an easier way of purchasing a product. For making multi billions a year. Wal-Mart might be able to afford a couple million.

If you guys have any problems let me know. I am on good terms with snakeeyes. I have games with him on their SF server, and the actually open spots for me now. :thumbsup: Anyway, try to get their names and what ever else information you can. I believe all you really have to do to become an admin for their server is to be active on their forums as well as their server. Then they can vote you in. Kind of like what we do, but much much more relaxed.

I think basecamping is fine in any way shape or form. You may not be capping flags, but you are helping your team out. In SF, most tanks and other veichles spawn at the base. If you are killing the enemy before they reach the tank. Guess what. Your helping your team out because now they don't have to worry about a T-90 rolling up on them. Same goes for the LAV. That and if the enemy wants that tank bad enough they might spawn back as ANTI-TANK!!! 2 SHOTS and the TANK is DOWN. Now they can get their tank and their enemy is gone. Also, it does cause the enemy team to pull troops back in that situation. Which then again, helps out your team to cap flags.

Don't even get me started on wal mart.
