  1. My favorite weapon of death WAS the RPD with the Kung Fu grip but it was significantly degraded in v1.6. Now I'm using the G3 with silencer.
  2. Is there anything more you can do besides start a thread? Does it make breakfast or wash your car? Have fun with it Impact!!
  3. Interesting info. I'll leave one of my CD's in the sun this afternoon so it can get some distortion. I'm sure it will sound slightly different.
  4. Way to go Reb!!!
  5. I know what you mean. Vinyl always had a distinct sound and feeling. Something CD's just never acquired.
  6. So I was strolling through a local music store last week during my typical 2 hour lunch and decided that I wanted to buy a few CDs. When I came to my senses I realized that I only wanted about 2 songs on each CD. Then the light came on and decided to put the CDs back and just download the few songs when I get home for about $6 total (as opposed to $30+). I began wondering, how much longer will traditional music stores be around? How will any such venture succeed in the days where we can not only buy a few tracks at a time, but also sample them to make sure they're what we want. When I got home, I went straight to Amazon and hit up the few songs that I wanted. So here's the question....where does everyone here get their music from and why? I chose Amazon because you don't need a major interface like Itunes, the bit rate is excellent (256kbps), it has attached album art, and the tracks are unprotected MP3s (unlike Yahoo, etc.).
  7. Happy Canada Day Klinky!!! Care to enlighten the rest of us on what this day means...to you anyways.
  8. OK Prem....On the 5th of July, I want to see headlines that say.... "American streaking in the streets of Munich draped in US flag yesterday" Show you're patriotism!!!!
  9. I might take that bet Shotty. We get the server going pretty quick with some pubbers...in the evenings that is. But after we spank that tail, they usually don't stay very long. I guess the tip of the (=A=) sword is very sharp.
  10. Sorry to hear that you'v been stuck out on the fourth. Crap American beer? What are you drinking, Milwaukee's Best? LOL. I'll be on as much as I can. All I can help you out with is some good ole BF2. Take care and hang in there bro!!
  11. Sweet!!! I think they jacked with the power of my RPD. I can't shoot through 10 walls anymore. Can we roll the server back?
  12. I had a friend some years back fall for the Ebay overpayment fraud. He was selling his motorcycle and some guy overpaid him with a phony check and asked him to send back the difference. Sadly, he fell for it and paid dearly. All of his assets were frozen and his bank treated him like a complete criminal. I suppose anyone could be taken by these scams. OFF WITH HER HEAD!!!
  13. Funny how we always look to technolgy to entertain us these days. I agree with Joe. Go to the library. Take up a new hobby like working on cars or something. I was at the library the other day to look for automotive manuals and came home with that and also books on the history of the B-2 bomber. I was in awe of all the interesting books that were there. Cool stuff. Even if its books on TECHNOLOGY. BTW, I'm watching LOST sea 1 right now :-)
  14. Isn't this a standard issue vehicle for all convenience store robbers?
  15. Well I guess I can laugh about it now....but my first hooptie was my grandfather's 198(sumthing) Chevy Caprice wagon in a loud Sky Blue color. Needless to say, I rode very "low" in the seat. The irony is that now, 17 years later, I'm once again driving 85 El Camino. Feels like home. /monthly_06_2011/post-891-130810226826_thumb.jpg
  16. Get one that has good low-light resolution. It will be less pixelated. At least an VGA 800x600 quality one. the 320x240 is for the birds.
  17. Wicked....can we get a color picture of her...oooh la la!!! Cover your eyes Rebel
  18. I don't worry too much about twisters....I guess cause I don't live near any trailer parks . Cleatus has a double-wide up in Ft. Worth though.
  19. Bring your DS, leave the Uzi at home.
  20. Way to go Rebel!! No pics?
  21. Just because you are on summer vacation doesn't mean everyone else is available to play in the middle of the afternoon. Just messing with you lil buddy. Why haven't you fixed your COD4? Haven't played with you in a long time.
  22. Nice find Hutch and TF. If you look closely, you can see the bottom half of a man's face (or woman) in the clouds. Starts at the nose, mouth open, tongue sticking out as if licking up everthing.

Glad you enjoyed your visit. Comraderie is what we enjoy the most here. Quickest way to become a member is to chat with us in Vent, frequent the forums, and obviously squad-up in the servers. Looks like you're off to a great start!! Hope to chat with ya soon.
  24. I usually have a 50 ping to the server in COD4 and 30 in the BF series. I'm near Dallas with the fiber so I'm not gonna fart around with extras. But I can see where many others like Danbaron might benefit. Or maybe that's just his excuse everytime I split his wig . Great info nonetheless State.
  25. So how did you feel? A little hard to sit down after the a** whoopin? :twitcy: How did the match go last night BTW? No one ever filled me in on Vent.
