Must be something wrong with my EA downloader. It says it installs 1.25 then just as it gets to 100% it says update failed. If you click on northern strike, it says you need 1.2 or higher to install. Beats me what is going on. :o Maybe I will just say the hell with Northern strike. :o

Okay, someone tell me what patches I need before I install Northern Strike. Here is my issue: I installed 2142 and I had to install patch 1.05, then 1.25. I then installed 2142, Installed 1.4 full. Then I tried to install Northern strike. says that a update is needed. :o What other update is there? It also won't let me remove Northern Strike from the EA downloader, and says its installed. However, no desktop icon, and it just brings me to 2142, no maps for northern strike. :o I must be getting old. lol

I just finished doing that. Took me a few hours, still have 2142 to install and admin tools. Hope you get everything done soon. gl

I love being with family for the holidays. My family is getting smaller every year, so I enjoy it while I can. I also love giving gifts. Nothing gives me greater pleasure than watching someones face light up when they open it.

I HATE SNOW! What I hate worse is the stupid people that just have to go out and drive in a snowstorm. Last night in the middle of our snowstorm, where we were expecting 12" or more, people just had to be driving in it. I came on duty at 4pm and did 3 motor vehicle accidents in less than 1 hr. My advice to people is to STAY OFF THE ROADS! Oh sorry. End of rant. By the way in case you missed it, we got lots of snow here.
