Trying to draw interest in a game that is 3yrs old and has gone through many patches and currently waiting for one. It is very difficult there is about 8,000 players at the most at one given time. Just give the server one hour and if it doesn't start then go play another server. Problem is most the servers out there are full of tards and hackers. Playing on our server is nice but when we do get it going it doesn't last long or we don't climb over 12 players.

I vote no cause Karkand is old and overplayed. We need rotation playing an Infantry map gets boring after the third time. Variety is the key.

Alright peeps i'm back. It was the motherboard i upgraded to the 790i SLI FTW board it was only $20 more and they said it was more stable than my previous board. I won't be gaming tonight or possible tomorrow night i've got some case modifications to do installing a new side exhaust fan for to help relieve the video card some. All the other hardware is intact and functioning fine. Didn't lose anything. The BIOS on the old board just corrupted itself. From extensive researching i found out it was a common problem after about 1-2 years. Game with ya guys soon

Most of my computer equipment i get online. My TV equipment i go to Best Buy because they have the higher end stuff. It is fun to go to Best Buy and pick their brains and then tell if what they told you was complete and utter BS. Well i guarantee if you come to my Walmart electronics department you won't be able to get me to shut up cause i know so much. It should be interesting to see how Walmart responds to this ad. I've got the video on my phone to show all of my associates today at work. In my electronics department the people of this community are stupid so they must be educated. I probably talked to one guy for thirty minutes yesterday on computers. The customers use probing questions if they like your response and tell you are knowledgable then they open the flood gates. What was a simple question became a rather in depth conversation of what computer is right for them. My customers leave happy, full of knowledge, and an $800 computer :peace:

pretty much this what happened. gaming one day severe amount of lag. i alt tab to see my cpu is 70c and rising. the lag was caused by the thermal throttling. i knew something was up cause the bios was having trouble booting. i would have to restart several times to get it to actually post. so i knew the mb/bios was messed up. so investigate the cooling issue by seeing if the hs was on tight it wasnt. the backplate under the socket for my zerotherm cooler had fractured so the tension to mount it to the cpu was gone. finding that out i ordered a tuniq tower installed it and the board wouldnt post. it wasnt esd cause the leds on the board lit up meaning full power. the bios somehow got corrupted and wouldnt post.

when u mount a the heavier cooler ie tuniq tower u have to put a backplate under the mb under the socket. the previous backplate cracked cause the reyards used plastic instead of metal

I wouldn't have had to replace the backplate on the cooler i had if it didn't crack sending my CPU temps thru the roof. I just don't know what happened i did everything to protect against ESD. The only thing i had to differently was take a hair dryer to losen up the adhesive to remove the old backplate. I searched online and that is what was recommended for losening up the adhesive. I don't maybe that is what killed it. I'm only hoping that the MB didn't take anything else with it.

I went to install a new cooler for my computer today after if was all said and done my MB bit the dust and gave me just the FF code of death. Tech support was consulted and said board was dead. Outside of any warranty so just waiting for the new one. I should be back up and running within a week or two. So have fun gaming with out me :peace: I troubleshooted every possible thing. These 790i board have a problem with FF code of death mine gave me two years so i am happy.

Sweet i love that show it is so funny. Pretty much that and family guy is all i watch.

Of course they are working on BF3 we all know that. DICE knows they have a great franchise going so they're not going to stop.

Joe its pretty much useless Gator, the bevans, dan, tuby, and me have sat in that server for many of hours trying to get it going. The problem here is we have no player base and BF2 is slowly dying. Yes it's pretty sad that when you have plenty of people in vent playing the same game on other servers and you ask if anyone wants to help and get no response. I do agree with the part if we are paying why aren't we playing. It sad maybe we should just limit ourselves to one server instead of two. Everyone is undecided at the moment on which game they want to play. Lets not forget though that it is summer time the weather is nice (in most areas) and everyone is probably out doing something. When 1943 comes out i'm sure quite a few will rejoin us. No use in trying to get our server going just find where most of everyone in BF2 is hanging out and join them. I say this because this has been discussed many of times before and no one seems to want to help. We have our good nights and bad nights. When we do get the server going how many pubbers do we actually get in? It's mostly Armory members which is fine but you need pubbers.

Modern Warfare 2 comes out on 11-10-09. 1943 comes out in September you will have plenty of time.

I will definately be getting it.

Whatever you do don't even try riding here in NY. We are rated the number one place for bad drivers.

There is no doubt i will be getting this game. It has a sorta BF2 feel to it so its going to be good.

Seven is when everyone seems to get on. BF2 seems to be the game that is holding a fair amount of interest at the moment. Battlefield 1943 will probably be the next game that we will be getting into then Battlefield Bad Company 2.

Well now we know where phrogg has been. Take it safe and watch out for those idiot drivers out there.

That was awesome i think this going to be the game that everyone is going to playing it smells like another BF2.
