anyway with the suggestions and various tricks i found here in TA's forums I have managed to get my fps near normal running 50-60fps which is alot better than the 7-20fps that i was getting before. Tried many a different things to improve my problems from various sources so there was too many to thank so thought I would just say: THANKYOU
