Loved Galactica as a kid in the 70's 80's. Was glued to the TV when the new series was on. I thought Olmos was fantastic as Adama. His speech to the crew telling they were at war was great. I'll be looking forward to watching this version as well. Too bad they couldn't sneak Richard Hatch into it. On a side note I met him a few years before he passed here at a comic show. What an interesting guy, It was the second time he was at this show and I guess most people had seen him the year before so only 5 of us showed up to his panel. So he had us pull up the chairs in a tight circle and then just started BSing with us telling us about his days on the show. Very personable and nice to his fans.

I tried it last night it was fun except I had no idea what controls what so I'll need to relook at the keys. Overall it was huge map pretty funny climbing up tinsle rope and ducking behind lincoln logs

I may have to grab that DLC as well it certainly looks like a hoot!

you can see inventory on right panel inventory tab. with voice attack I say inventory and it shows me what I have and I can see how much room I have left. I believe you should be able to do that in VR check out CMDR Malic voice attack profile he runs in VR so his setup is designed to do things with a headset on. which headset did you get?

i did find the online game code shipped from amazon for 39. Thats better than 59 so I grabbed it. see ya'll in two days when it gets here!

I'll have to wait till more patches come out I'm more excited to start working on some Guardian tech in Elite as well as the new ships comming out soon. PLus I think my credit reserves are low so I need to catch up with Kris and rogue and go hunting

You asked for binds heres a link to a list of binds along with ref cards for them. there are several different ones so find one that suits you and customise it if need be. bind list

I have a saitek X56 There are lots of profiles, I'll look around for one for ya. Its a blast to fly with a HOTAS getting to actually throttle up and hit the boost button is a HOOT!

I think its a pretty underrated game and when you get it for 20 bucks on sale its a win. There's a lot of stuff that I'm still learning but I'm glad I got to help you get some starting creds to fly something better. Its good to learn how multi-crew works. We'll have to see if it works the same in the conda and if you can jump in one of the small fighters. Ive flown them and they are a blast.

I'll be out at a walk for my daughter then a Festival. However, If I get on and you're on I'd be happy to either wing up and help you get some bounties so you can get a new ship or we can do multi-crew in one of my ships and go hunting. We did that for gator and he is getting better....I think

MEH not as big a curve as other games. Just need to get your keys mapped to something you can work with. Heres a link to a reference card maker. It also has a link for some keybind profiles people have set up. I can not emphasize the use of Voice Attack software enough. Its 10 bucks, allows you to speak commands. Works with multiple games. You do not need the HCS voicepacks to use it but they are super fun. I have links to some really good profiles also there is a free add-on called EDDI its a tool that grabs info from the game for you. It integrates with voice attack and you will need to tweak it to you liking but it uses the computers voice control built into windows. I would recommend CDR Mallics VA profile. he has eddi integrated. He has nice features already set up. one feature is saying pad number it will tell you the location of the landing pad so your not scrambling to find it when entering the station. So again 10 bucks, registers voice attack and you can get Malics profile to start with and it costs nothing.
