Ok, someone needs to post step-by-step instructions on how to post a signature that links to the xfire miniprofile like Gator and tilgado have. mine's jacked and i'm too stupid to figure out why.

I voted for 24 - more than that it's too chaotic. these maps are much smaller than the bf series and you move a lot faster. i think 32 is too many. when i look at the kill cam sometimes, it's obvious that my killer was shooting at someone else and i just happened to be in the area or running across and i get nailed.

i thought wii sports was the best game.

yeah, sucks for me too...i get motion sick. bf2142 and quake wars are fine for me but cod4 - puke.

Well, since I don't have BF2 or SF, I'm sticking with 2142. I still like the game - especially the scrims and matches.

i think that tiny map is called shipment and i agree - it's horrible. i haven't had a problem with any of the other maps.

damn that's pretty good. once you get the chopper, you automatically get several more kills and then it starts adding up. best i've had is like 15.

one of the pop-up hints before the game loads says that if you use a silencer, you don't show up as a red dot on the UAV/HUD at the upper left when you shoot. dunno if it works though.

sorry to hear that wolfey. but think that 18+ years is a pretty long time and he's probably gone to a better place with lots of catnip or whatever else he likes. one of my cats only lived 6 years - he had FIV (kind of like HIV for cats) from birth and got these huge pleural effusions (fluid around the lungs). my ex had him and unfortunately he looked like he ended up suffocating from the fluid. putting your cat to sleep was the right decision - better than have him immobile and depressed.

right now it's a temporary server. you can find it if you filter to show only 'domination' maps. it sucks you can't filter by name. other way is to look under the servers menu at the top of your screen and select "ARMORY domination maps". it'll show you the ip, port and you can connect directly.

Hey Donkey! good to see that you made it to the forums. I'll still be playing bf2142 and a little COD4 and quake wars. Get on xfire or request ventrilo access. oh and gadfry wasn't on the cod4 server. he's awaiting his new computer cuz his old one is like a 286 or something and he can't run anything on it.

we were playing with him last night on domination. good times.

yes, i get number 1 also. sounds like it's being worked on. i have not had a problem with number 2 and i don't think anyone else that i was playing with (about 10-15 people) had it either so it may be your end. you can even alt-tab in and out of game without a problem! i experienced some lag in the first server i had but other than that, it's been pretty smooth for me. are you talking about movement and stuff? it's definitely different than BF2142. some things that i'm getting used to. you can't reload and sprint. you can't just go prone anywhere. the freaking minimap is at the top left so i keep forgetting to look at it. a few other things.

grats k_town! well, there were too many ppl playing to all get on one server so we were spread out over 3 servers or so. I see you have Xfire and you're on the Armory Clan list. Run it and just right click another TAC member and join game. It throws you right into the server!

Hey guys, get on Xfire. They patched it to work with COD4 and then you can join directly into your buddy's server. It bypasses the opening menu and everything and just loads into the game. Pretty sweet deal.
