i vote no too. i tried the demo and couldn't see or kill anything. maybe i just suck but it seemed kind of slow to me. i'm looking forward to quake wars and maybe this COD4 thingee.

the best stats are for the SAAW and accipiter - i never use them so i have 0 kills but some fool has 3600 SAAW kills and someone else has 640 accipiter kills.

damn, that looks freaking sweet. what other FPS's do you like? BF2142 is my first fps. i tried that ghost recon advanced warfighter 2 demo for a couple of hours and couldn't get used to it. it seemed to move too slow for me.

ah, you were born in 1993. i finished high school in 1994. you wouldn't recall the days of pong and probably never had one of those 14.4 modems or MUD'ed before. :thumbsup:

i can't play it for some reason. it says i need a patch but when i try to download it, it says that i don't have the demo but i'm trying to download it from inside the demo?!?! and i can't find the patch on the ubi.com website. any ideas?

i used to look for the name but after i started looking at the uniform color, my tk's went down and kills per death ratio improved. i always look at what side/uniform my teammates have and shoot the other color. you'll be able to get off your shots faster. one thing with the uniforms, if you're on eu and pick up a pac kit (ie. the krylov for assault), it messes up some of the uniform color but overall, the gray vs. black thing works. same thing if you're pac and pick up an eu kit.

lol. i saw "Drunken Phrogg" once on the armory city maps. wonder if anybody got those tags...that'd be a post.

i have the same problem on some servers - they're advertised as voip enabled but actually aren't. i imagine that you've already been on the armory servers? either titan or city? those definitely work and there's usually plenty of chatter if you're in a squad.

that's a pretty good score. you'll get higher scores later on just by getting some of the big ribbons. for example, the legion of merit ribbon alone gives you 2000 points. so when you reach all the requirements for that ribbon, you'll get a kick butt total score for that game. it all depends on when you collect the proper number of hours/kills/etc. you could play one cruddy game and still get that ribbon if you happen to reach 120 hours total playing time during that game. i think a better judge of how effective you are as a team/squad member is your score per minute. this takes into account your kills, heals, revives, ammo giving, capture points, etc and how much of it you did in the time you were spawned in.

man, if you look at how many knives phrogg has and how many rounds he's played. he gets 5.8 knives/round. that's ridiculous. i like the voss but i'm starting to play with the krylov again when i'm on pac. when u watch some of the best clans in CAL or TWL, they all use the krylov when they're on PAC or pick it up if they're on EU. the baur is nice for distance but since i charge in like a maniac half the time, i need more rounds/clip. anybody know of any servers that actually use battlerecorder and save the files for people to download? there's a few servers that i've tried like the MAD gamerz and band of brothers where it looks like there's a file saved but i can't download it. it'd be cool to see how well it works. on a similar note, if you know of any league matches that are saved on battlerecorder, can you point me in the right direction? i know of the egln videos but the quality isn't the best (probably so the files aren't like a gigabyte each) and you can't move around on your own or see stuff in first person. thanks!

ya'll should sign up for the rolling thunder northern strike tournament on TGL. i didn't see you guys on the team list?!? might have missed it. i agree with tracer. i've tried a bunch of different servers and i think the caliber of play for a pub server is the best on armory. plus, it doesn't crash unless the entire EA master server calls it quits.
