I am afraid that staying alive takes my whole effort. I do not send messages so I don't have to worry about swear words, racial slurs, etc but then again that is not the way I normally talk. I follow directions and try to help my team. Having said all that: Will do!

I thought I would ask the members what map in 2142 is your favorite and why. I am interested in your choices as I don't seem to have any favorite as I can die easily in any of them. I will play Titan maps but have no desire to enter the enemy titan.

I have never understood in BF2 how a mine or other explosive device tells the difference between friend or foe. In BF2142 it is the future and I guess there is a small transmitter on each persons outfit that identifies the person to the device. I think friendly bombs should kill friendly players in both but not count against your score. (It is not you fault your teammate ran over your mine in the middle of the road. They can see the skull and crossbones.)

It seems like sometimes when I am in a tank a player in the same tank facing straight on can take me out with less hits then I can take them out. Is there any advantage to firing at the turret? It seems they know something I don't.

I just tried to get on the Armory server but got kicked for Puck buster. (I had updated to 1.25 so I ran the manual PB updater.) However what I was wondering about was a hint on the server that said to hit the vehicle soft spots to kill them more easily. I am sure you have answered this before but what are the vehicle soft spots?:

A lot of the time I am on the losing side. I agree that you have to figure out how to take the walker and the engineer out. I appreciate any help that the admins give but will leave a server where cheating in going on not poor play on my team. In BF2 I have been on teams where several players kill their own team mates, I leave real soon if that starts happening. It is like golf in some ways, if I get several good kills I keep on playing. Thanks for running good servers. The rest is up to the teams.

Sorry but how would I? I don't run around with a bunch of other gamers. The one I knew went into the FBI and got out of playing games. I was a member of 10MW (10 Most Wanted) forum but it disappeared years ago. I played on your server and liked it so I visited the web site. (By the way I like your name.)

How do you change your rank to the one you have in BF2142? I have looked but I don't see where it can be updated.

I like the choices you get in BF2142. You can go it alone or play as a team. I have three computers in the same room so usually I set up a team for us to play on. I used to get so frustrated with BF2 and the invincible helos.... I enjoy BF2142 but don't play very often.
