Can you tell who you have knifed in the past? I have only knifed ONE person and I would like to know who the vey unlucky person was if possible. Is there any where where you can view dogtags? (I hope this is not a stupid question.)

I ignore most of what is being said at any one time. I try to say "Thanks" for any help I receive.

I am sorry but I usually die before I revive anyone here lately...... It seems that there is a lot of missile firing anymore. Can't revive for the continuous missile barrage.

There is about ten things that are programmed. Most people will thank you if you heal or revive them. Some others get carried away with the spot function. Fifty "Enemy Solders spotted" gets old fast.

If they were plentiful, everyone would have one......

I would be glad to follow you around and revive you. Two thoughts: I may get killed before I can revive you and we could be on opposite sides. Let me know when and where and if possible I will try to shadow you, your personal medic.......

Is there any way to change the topics and words in the commo rose (and without PB problems)?

At least I could kill it with task manager. The first time the computers both locked solid and had to be reset. My cousin's computer worked after rebooting but mine would lock ever time I loaded a map. Something got scrambled......

After the hard freeze this spring in the south, some of the apple farmers would like to have some bad apples (any apples...).

I finally got it though my mind that the problem was my installed copy of BF2142. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, the patch and NS. Then I had problems with PB which I uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled and updated. After all that it seems to work now. I have no clue what caused the original corruption but it didn't seem that bad as I just restarted Windows. It didn't even check the hard drive for errors. Oh well, several hours wasted troubleshooting and reinstalling. Thanks for the answer......

I have two computers that connect to the internet though a router and cable modem. I have 5M service which seems to be fast enough for both my cousin and I to play at the same time with different legal copies of BF2142 and NS. We were playing okay when both our systems locked up in 2142. When we rebooted only one system seems to be able to play on line. The other can log in and start to load a map but stops responding after 3/4 loaded. The sound is okay. I can access the internet and the bandwidth seems to be normal. I released and renewed the ip but no go. Any ideas?

I still wish the soldier would have a red or blue glow around them. Or even the enemy would glow red. If the mines and APM can tell enemy from friend so can the hud display a glow around enemy soldiers.

I tried to reply once already, internet went down. I usually shoot teammates when they suddenly appear in front of me. I usually miss but if I do kill them I revive them and say "sorry". So if it was me, "Sorry".

Maybe it is the times I play but I have never noticed the titan server more then half full. I agree with Danbaron, I enjoy the NS maps however I did not realize that a server had to be dedicated for NS. Who was the stupid person who thought that up.......oh yeah the same person who made helos in BF2 impossible to shoot down.

I agree about the not punishing for TKs unless it is very stupid. I don't think I should be punished when some idiot runs in front of my tank. What part of stay out of the way don't they understand?

Our setup is quite similar. Do I get sympathy also?

Now that you mention it, that knife looks awfully big when it is coming at you........ :thumbsup:

I play to have fun also but I don't want to be on the team that loses 0-280 because the others are more interested in killing then teamwork. If my win/loss ratio was important to me then I wouldn't continue to play on losing sides. I try to help my team win but if after five or so lopsided loses, I will find another server not change sides. I get pleasure out of helping my side to do better and even win. :thumbsup:
