It would be nicer if there ever was anyone in The Amory CoD4 server. Everytime I play it is empty.

I appreciate the illumination. As I don't do IM, I am afraid that I don't know a lot of the "shortcuts". LOL I know but it is down hill after that.

It would be nice to know the "detail" on how much difference each perk makes. Some need no exclamation but others do such as stopping power.

They certainly don't spend anything on the manual with the game anymore. Maybe on the DVD that the game is on maybe they could put a manual. Of course the company that sells the manual would be against it.

I don't know why the highway patrol would complain about a military jet flying for training. I guess it takes all kinds.

I used to live in southern California where earthquakes are a way of life. I was way down in an abandoned gold mine when a big one hit. I thought I had just fallen but it was an earthquake. Once I was at a friends sitting in a chair that had wheels when I found myself on the other side of the room. In western NC, I have only felt one and it just shook the house for about fifteen seconds. My son thought I had done something to cause the shaking. Glad it didn't cause much damage.

Is there anywhere that has information on the maps, perks and weapons on CoD4 THAT WAS WRITTEN AFTER IT SHIPPED? I was just on Planet Call of Duty and all they have is an multiplayer perk explanation written before the game shipped. I would like to have something that would discuss the above along with strategy when playing. It seems everything I find was written before the game shipped. Thanks:D

Thanks for the info. I guess I am too busy trying to stay alive to look at the UAV often. I am never a sniper so I am never prone waiting for a victim. I will try to use the UAv more often.

In the heat of battle, do you use the UAV to find the enemy? I am just asking because I don't know how important UAV jammer or gun silencers are. I wish there was something written AFTER the game came out that would explain the importance of some of the items in the game. The maps are not as important to me as the nuts and bolts of the game itself.

The only problem with this guide is that it is based on pre-release info. The author says he will update when the game ships but he hasn't yet.....

I agree. The only person you are cheating is yourself. I have seen people in BF2 that had the highest rank, all the metals and couldn't play the game. It became quite obvious that he hadn't earned those rewards but had hacked them. Even on a off day, he should have been better then that. I would rather play the way I do honestly then play the way I do with cheating.

I am interested in the different types of games. I was the only person on the Armory CoD server when it was playing a game type where you pick up a bomb and blow up an objective. Somehow I picked up the bomb but couldn't figure how to set it. I would also like to see all the weapons rated for what they are best at. Information like that.

What all is in the profile? I thought all the player info was kept by the Master Server?

Is there anywhere that has information on CoD4? I keep finding info on the perks but nothing else. I don't want to buy the book if I can help it as it has too much information on the single player game to be useful for me. Also paying $20 more for something that used to come with a game is not my idea of fair. I have tried the sites under game links (Thanks Gator) but have yet to find anything useful. One says to read each topic under multiplayer carefully but only has perk info and not a complete set of them. Any ideas?

I downloaded the upgrade to version 1.5 this morning. However before I ran it, I thought I would see if any of the servers are at 1.5. I tried two servers, one the Armory server that says it is at 1.5. My 1.4 game ran on both with no problem. Is 1.4 able to run on 1.5 servers but not the reverse? Or is the Armory server still at 1.4 in spite of the 1.5 in the title? Thanks
