No. Look at the list of the CPUs I posted. Those are the ONLY ones my MB will run. Even on the CPU support list on EVGA.com says that the Q8's and Q9's (Yorkfield) will not run on my motherboard.

Some new screenshots were released yesterday, I'll try to post them in a little bit. Game looks good, graphic wise.

I'd like to upgrade to a Core 2 Quad but my motherboard will only handle the ones I've listed below, and I can't find them anywhere new except from Amazon but they are like $350+ on there, which is a stupidly high price for such an old CPU. I have the mod but I can't load a SINGLE map after today's patch, and I keep getting some kind of error each time I try to load a map. So I just uninstalled the entire mod.

I kinda like it. Me, rbev, and Gator played about 10 rounds together and we only lost once, that was after Gator left. One time there were just 3 in our squad and we still won by 10 kills or so.

Wait a second, they buffed the AA guns and nerfed the choppers. Now the choppers are going to be even more dreadful to fly now that they are weaker and can be taken down easier.

It's not going to be free. It's gonna cost roughly $5.50. Baza on the EA UK forums posted that it will definately not be free.

Been in the Conquest server for a couple of hours and not a single person has joined. When we had it turned off people joined.

Bad thing is there is no more in game admin for the [OLD] servers. Suspected hacker in the server and we can't kick/ban him?

Did they really fix autobalace? Does that mean we can actually PLAY and not keep having to switch teams 195675 times a round?

I played the demo. I really didn't know what I was doing. It would probably be more fun if I actually knew what I was supposed to be doing.

A few of us in teamspeak were talking about changing the SQ DM server to a hardcore rush or conquest server, so I'm creating a poll, asking for an opinion. So, should we change the server over? I mean, nobody ever enters that server anyways, so the worst that could happen is that people actually join the server.

Hopefully they actually release NEW maps. Not just different versions of the already available maps.

It's about time, well still 2 months away but at least we know when. I just can't help but wonder why it is taking 1 more year to release the PC version than it did the 360/PS3 versions. Unless they were just finishing Bad Company 2 and putting the 1943 PC version on hold.

It's latency. Read a post about it from one of the DICE guys at the UK forums. In the next patch the number will be a more accurate indication of your ping.
